La Audiencia Pública Nº 218 dio comienzo a la apertura de un mercado más dinámico en Argentina, luego de más de 10 años de retraimiento de la aviación
Esperan inversiones por u$s 1700 M con el ingreso de nuevas aerolíneas. La cifra surge de la audiencia pública realizada ayer para analizar los planes de las cinco compañías aéreas que piden rutas para volar en el país y a mercados regionales
El ministro de Transporte, Guillermo Dietrich, rechazó ayer que el Gobierno impulse una «política de cielos abiertos» y destacó que las nuevas líneas aéreas que se radiquen en el país «invertirán u$s 1700 millones en los próximos cuatro años», lo que «implica más empleo en un marco de competitividad».
La flexibilidad aerocomercial levanta vuelo. Pese a las explicaciones del ministro de Transporte, los gremios aeronáuticos alertaron que el paso dado ayer, con la audiencia pública para habilitar a operar a cinco firmas de low cost, es el primero en la flexibilización del mercado en contra de Aerolíneas Argentinas.

La política de flexibilización del mercado aerocomercial que impulsa el jefe coordinador de Políticas Públicas de la Jefatura de Gabinete, el ex CEO de LAN Gustavo Lopetegui, junto al ministro de Transporte, generó mucha preocupación en el sector e incluso dentro del propio gobierno. Los reparos que la ex presidente de AA Isela Costantini había manifestado sobre el tema incluso le costaron su salida. Los sindicatos buscaron hasta anoche impugnar la audiencia pública que, pese a no ser vinculante, la consideran como un puntapié inicial a la desregulación del sector. Previo a que comenzara la audiencia, los sindicatos del sector se autoconvocaron en la puerta del teatro.
En la Audiencia organizada por la Anac para debatir la concesión de rutas aéreas, moderada por Javier Corcuera, los representantes de las empresas informaron sobre sus planes. Todos destacaron «el potencial» del país para aumentar los vuelos y conexiones entre distintos puntos y el beneficio que los usuarios tendrán por «la mayor competencia», como la «reducción de tarifas» y la posibilidad de que en 10 años «se triplique» la cantidad de pasajeros.
