Arribo de nueva aerolínea a Chile creada por ex-gerente de LAW Airlines
Infinity Airlines está en proceso de constitución como aerolínea de la República de Chile. La nueva aerolínea creada por Bernardo Javalquinto, un ex-Gerente General de la aerolínea LAW Airlines que el Gobierno de Chile revocó al suprimir su licencia AOC como operador de línea aérea.
En Septiembre 2018, representantes de Infinity Airlines se reunieron con la Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC) de Chile para presentarle a la autoridad competente sus planes e iniciar la tramitación de los permisos de operación en el país. La aerolínea corresponde a la revancha en el rubro del exgerente de la malograda línea LAW, Bernardo Javalquinto.
La nueva línea aérea está próxima a iniciar operaciones en Chile. Está registrada también en Estados Unidos. La firma ya está inscrita en ambos países. El proyecto cuenta con financiamiento de inversionistas canadienses, estadounidenses y de Medio Oriente. De acuerdo al CEO, la aerolínea ya presentó su proyecto aéreo al Departamento de Seguridad Operacional de la Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC) de Chile.
Mercado de Infinity Airlines
La nueva aerolínea contará su mercado en vuelos domésticos. La firma aún no tiene fecha fija para su start-up.Las particularidades de Infinity Airlines será una aerolínea tradicional, no una low cost, ya que «la competencia es muy grande con las que ya hay y las que van a llegar. No es nuestro segmento», sostuvo el CEO Bernardo Javalquinto.

De esta manera la nueva línea aérea buscará atender “la demanda en el sector de la industria laboral, que está establecida con más de 54.000 traslados de pasajeros turistas en Sudamérica y más de 100.000 traslados de pasajeros mensuales, requeridos urgentemente para el desarrollo de la industria nacional”, según detallaron desde la compañía.
