Trabajadores low cost argentina repudian convenio CLARA-APLA

Los trabajadores de las líneas aéreas low cost Flybondi Líneas Aéreas y JetSMART Airlines Argentina repudiaron la firma de un Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo (CCT) entre la Asociación de Pilotos de Líneas Aéreas (APLA) y la Cámara de Líneas Aéreas de la República Argentina (CLARA) que dispone derechos y obligaciones de las partes en cuanto a las prestaciones de servicio, licencias, remuneraciones y compensaciones, entre otros. Según un comunicado conjunto de la Asociación Trabajadores Aeronáuticos de Flybondi (ATAF) y la Asociación Sindical Trabajadores de JetSmart (ASTJ), el convenio implica “un paso más hacia la destrucción de fuentes laborales en la industria aeronáutica, cualquiera sea su origen o modelo”, pues otorgaría facultades a APLA por encima de todo orden legal, a punto de constituirla en negociadora con cada empresa empleadora de absolutamente todos los componentes salariales y de beneficios.

“APLA no tiene representación entre nuestros pilotos, porque sabemos que defiende exclusivamente los intereses de empresas del Estado, caja de permanente saqueo a las arcas estatales y al pueblo argentino. Clara es una cámara a la que no están asociadas las low cost y, por consiguiente, no representa a las empresas que no se suscriben a su estatuto; sólo salvaguarda los intereses de Aerolíneas Argentinas y pretende imponer pautas a quienes sanamente compiten, poniéndonos a todos en un mismo lugar”, aseguraron desde los gremios de aerolíneas low cost.

Por otro lado, dijeron que Flybondi y JetSMART son las “únicas empresas aerocomerciales que sobrevivieron a las acciones y permanentes intentos de destrucción por parte de los sindicatos tradicionales y que las empresas privadas low cost no pueden mantener los lujos neoliberales de ese sindicato. A los trabajadores de las low cost nos da vergüenza ajena y no queremos ser cómplices ni parte de un sindicato que se sostiene sólo por el aporte estatal de más de US$ 800 millones anuales, cuando hay tantas demandas esenciales insatisfechas en la población en general, con altos índices de pobreza estructural. Sin los recursos de los contribuyentes, de todo el pueblo argentino, APLA no existiría”, afirmaron.

Por último, insistieron en que sostienen su autodeterminación para preservar sus intereses y dijeron que no reconocen cualquier otra representación impuesta en forma ilegal e ilegítima. “Desde nuestros gremios ATAF y ASTJ defendemos los intereses de los empleados asociados cualquiera sea su jerarquía, con nuestros propios convenios colectivos de empresa, sin condicionantes y sin embarcarnos en proyectos delirantes y totalitarios, que eventualmente, destruirán nuestras fuentes de trabajo. Pasó con Andes, exAvian, exSW, exAerovip, exDinar, exLapa, exLatam Argentina, etc. En todas ellas estaba APLA, defendiendo a Aerolíneas Argentinas y no a los pilotos argentinos”, recordaron.

“Tenemos memoria y recordamos que nunca nos representaron, nunca nos defendieron y lo único que propugnaron fue nuestra destrucción y exclusión de la industria y a la postre nuestras fuentes de trabajo. Tampoco nos olvidamos, porque fuimos testigos de la indolente y regocijada actitud de APLA y otros gremios aeronáuticos ante el cierre de El Palomar”, expresaron, y dijeron que se mantienen en estado de movilización y alerta.

Clara is a chamber to which low cost companies are not associated and, therefore, does not represent companies that do not subscribe to its statute; it only safeguards the interests of Aerolineas Argentinas and intends to impose guidelines on those who compete healthily, putting us all in the same place”, they assured from the low cost airline unions.

On the other hand, they said that Flybondi and JetSMART are the “only airline companies that survived the actions and permanent attempts of destruction by traditional unions and that private low cost companies cannot maintain the neoliberal luxuries of that union. Low cost workers feel ashamed of others and we do not want to be accomplices or part of a union that is sustained only by the state contribution of more than US$ 800 million a year, when there are so many unsatisfied essential demands in the population in general, with high rates of structural poverty. Without the resources of the taxpayers, of all the Argentine people, APLA would not exist”, they affirmed.

Lastly, they insisted that they maintain their self-determination to preserve their interests and said that they do not recognize any other representation imposed illegally and illegitimately. “From our unions ATAF and ASTJ we defend the interests of associated employees regardless of their hierarchy, with our own collective company agreements, without conditions and without embarking on delusional and totalitarian projects, which will eventually destroy our sources of work. It happened with Andes, exAvian, exSW, exAerovip, exDinar, exLapa, exLatam Argentina, etc. APLA was in all of them, defending Aerolineas Argentinas and not Argentine pilots”, they recalled.

“We have memory and we remember that they never represented us, they never defended us and the only thing they advocated was our destruction and exclusion from the industry and ultimately our sources of work. We have not forgotten either, because we witnessed the indolent and joyful attitude of APLA and other aeronautical unions before the closure of El Palomar”, they expressed, and said that they remain in a state of mobilization and alert.
