Acción gremial de trabajadores de la agencia ANAC
El gremio aeronáutico ATE-ANAC que representa a la Agencia Nacional de Aviación Civil de Argentina ha convocado a una medida de fuerza que impactará en la navegación aérea del país, afectando en la operación de más de cincuenta aeropuerto en la previa a Semana Santa y fin de semana largo, aunque existen negociaciones para evitar el paro.
El Miércoles 5 de Abril de 2023 se ha establecido para la acción gremial en la previa al fin de semana largo turístico. Los 55 aeropuertos de todo el país estarán limitados en sus funciones para operar. Según un comunicado de los gremios, la causa de la medida de fuerza se debe al “incumplimiento con la modificación de la asignación por desempeño, yendo a un criterio de 1,5% por año y a la suba de la unidad retributiva 20% por encima de la paritaria general”. Esta protesta impactará en el control terrestre, la sanidad aeronáutica y a bomberos de los aeropuertos. Además, ATE ANAC ha reclamado contra los incumplimientos en materia de acuerdos políticos y “la falta de respuesta a los permanentes llamados a la Administradora Nacional”. Según una fuente del Ministerio de Transporte esta medida tendría un impacto efectivo afectando las operaciones a la navegaciión aérea.
La negociación entre ATE-ANAC y el Ministerio de Trabajo continuará para alcanzar una conciliación obligatoria. Desde el Gobierno se mantienen esperanzados para arribar a un acuerdo y evitar la afectación de los vuelos.

The ATE-ANAC Aeronautical Guild that represents the National Civil Aviation Agency of Argentina has called a force measure that will impact the country’s air navigation, affecting the operation of more than fifty airport in the prior to Holy Week and end long week, although there are negotiations to avoid unemployment.
On Wednesday, April 5, 2023, it has been established for the union action in the prior to the long tourist weekend. The 55 airports throughout the country will be limited in their functions to operate. According to a statement from the guilds, the cause of the force measure is due to “breach with the modification of the assignment by performance, going to a criterion of 1.5% per year and at the rise of the remuneration unit 20% above of the general peer”. This protest will impact on land control, aeronautical health and airport firefighters. In addition, ATE ANAC has claimed against breaches regarding political agreements and “the lack of response to the permanent calls to the national administrator”. According to a source from the Ministry of Transportation, this measure would have an effective impact affecting operations to aerial navagation.
The negotiation between ATE-ANAC and the Ministry of Labor will continue to achieve mandatory conciliation. From the government they remain hopeful to reach an agreement and avoid the affectation of flights.
