Boeing pronostica mayor índice producción línea 737 MAX
La compañía estadounidense The Boeing Company ha anunciado por medio del Jefe de Producción de Boeing Commercial Airplanes Stan Seal que la producción de unidades de la línea Boeing 737 MAX se incrementará debido a un mayor aumento de los órdenes cursadas. Las acciones de Boeing subieron hasta un 2,4% a un máximo de dos semanas después de que el jefe de aviones comerciales del fabricante de aviones dijera que la producción del avión 737 MAX más vendido pronto sería mayor que el ritmo actual de 31 por mes.

“Nos quedan unos pocos, menos de un puñado, para ir a la FAA. Estamos trabajando en algunos temas en torno a esas presentaciones. Quiero que sean perfectos, quiero que la FAA se sienta cómoda y luego darles tiempo para ir a revisar”, expresó Stan Deal. A largo plazo, Boeing planea aumentar la tasa de producción de aviones 737 MAX a cincuenta (50) por mes para fines de 2026.
La compañía también completó el papeleo de certificación final para el nuevo modelo Boeing 737-7 MAX con la certificación de la Administración Federal de Aviación (FAA) de Estados Unidos, informó Stan Deal, Presidente y CEO de Boeing Commercial Airplanes.
