Perspectivas de crecimiento de aeronaves regionales
Al concluir el primer trimestre de 2023, el CEO de Deutsche Aircraft Dave Jackson me ha expresado la gratitud al equipo de la compañía por su continua dedicación y arduo trabajo inmerso de en desarrollo de los aviones Do328eco y Do328Jet, con la perspectiva de crecimiento hacia el futuro.
El equipo sigue ampliándose y han alcanzado el hito de 450 profesionales con el objetivo es contratar a 150 especialistas adicionales en 2023, formando un equipo de 600 para fines de este año, posicionando los productos y aplicaciones de alta calidad en el mundo de la aviación.
La compañía continúa su crecimiento para lo cual una gran parte del equipo se ha mudado a un edificio nuevo y de última generación. Actualmente, se encuentra en procesos de remodelación de otras oficinas para proporcionar el espacio adicional necesario para que las divisiones en crecimiento colaboren e innoven de manera efectiva.
El compromiso con el fomento de la cultura de la empresa sigue siendo una prioridad. En colaboración con BLACKBOX OPEN, el Departamento de Recursos Humanos ha llevado a cabo varias sesiones de capacitación en liderazgo para enfatizar los rasgos clave de valoración de la plantilla de trabajadores. “Más allá de la experiencia profesional, queremos fomentar y promover la responsabilidad personal, una actitud positiva y un enfoque de prueba y error (sin comprometer la seguridad) para impulsar la innovación y el crecimiento. La modificación IFOD también incluye la instalación de manijas seguras, puntos de sujeción para arneses y provisiones, y pisos antideslizantes para garantizar la seguridad de los miembros de la tripulación”, expresó Dave Jackson.
La sostenibilidad en la aviación también está despegando, donde la compañía considera avanzar en un enfoque cada vez mayor en el Combustible de Aviación Sostenible (SAF) y tecnologías realistas desde las perspectivas regulatorias y de la industria, con un potencial de impacto temprano para descarbonizar la aviación regional. Deutsche Aircraft está encantada de formar parte de esta transición crítica, así confirma la estrategia de diseñar el D328eco™ para que sea 100% compatible con SAF y PtL, persiguiendo las investigaciones de otros combustibles y nuevos conceptos de propulsión.
Segundo FAL
