The Boeing Company ha informado que once aerolíneas chinas han reanudado sus operaciones con la línea 737 MAX. Gobierno de Ghana estudia startup público-privada en 2023

El Gobierno de la República de Ghana lanzará una nueva aerolínea nacional en algún momento del tercer trimestre de 2023. Ghana Airlines será el tercer intento del país de una aerolínea nacional después del colapso de Ghana Airways en 2004 y Ghana International Airlines en 2010. Justicia ordena remate de bienes de aerolínea mexicana

La Justicia Federal de México declaró la quiebra de Interjet y ordenó poner a la venta todos los bienes de la aerolínea para cubrir las deudas con sus acreedores que se estiman hasta en MX$ 40.000 millones de Pesos Mexicanos. Tras dos años de haber cancelado sus operaciones, un Juez Federal ordenó rematar los bienes de la ex-aerolínea para liquidar las deudas que posee con sus acreedores.

A dos meses de que se diera a conocer que la aerolínea mexicana Aeromar se declaraba en quiebra, ahora Interjet se encuentra en la misma situación. El Lunes 10/04 se ha informado que el Juez Segundo de Distrito en Materia de Concursos Mercantiles, declaró en quiebra a la empresa y ordenó la venta de sus bienes para liquidar las deudas con sus acreedores.

En Agosto de 2022, la empresa entró en un concurso mercantil después de no operar vuelos por más de un año y medio, a fin de buscar el remate de todos los bienes de la compañía aérea para poder pagar a sus casi 5.000 trabajadores, quienes pedían saldar los adeudos pendientes por salarios y prestaciones no pagadas, que ascendía a casi el MX$ 1.500.000 Pesos.

Interjet no es el primer caso de aerolíneas que se declaran en quiebra en México. Aeromar presentó quiebra hace dos meses atrás ante problemas económico-financieros. Los impactos económicos que ha sufrido la aviación comercial en el período de la crisis sanitaria mundial ha diezmado a las líneas aéreas de todo el mundo con múltiples problemas económicos llevando a muchas a la quiebra, incluyendo aquellas que experimentaban dificultades en la pre-pandemia.

Interjet bajo su nombre legal ABC Aerolíneas, S.A. de C.V., también conocida como Interjet Airlines, fue una aerolínea mexicana de bajo costo con sede en la Ciudad de México. La aerolínea operaba vuelos regulares desde y hacia varios destinos dentro de México, así como hacia y desde el Caribe, América Central, América del Norte y América del Sur. La aerolínea era una empresa familiar: hasta Diciembre de 2010, el Presidente y CEO era Miguel Alemán Magnani, hijo de Miguel Alemán Velasco, quien es Presidente del grupo propietario de la aerolínea, Grupo Alemán. Alemán Velasco es a su vez hijo del ex-Presidente de México Miguel Alemán Valdés en el cargo de 1946 a 1952. A partir de Diciembre de 2020, el CFO Erick Peña Bonola anunció la suspensión de todas las operaciones y de la IATA por su falta de pago de deuda, principalmente de costos de combustible.

Airbus Group ha anunciado para Marzo 2023 que ha entregado aeronaves por 61 unidades a 37 clientes a través del mundo. Los pedidos brutos de 03/2023 corresponden a 20 unidades formuladas. Las entregas acumuladas del 2023 hasta la fecha alcanzan los 127 aviones a 54 clientes.

Tanto Boeing y Airbus entregaron 28 y 46 aviones comerciales en Febrero de 2023, en comparación con 22 y 49 entregas, respectivamente en el mismo mes del año 2022, y 38 y 20 entregas respectivamente en Enero 2022.
