Fiji Airways amplía 2Frq semanales a Camberra, Australia
Fiji Airways agregará dos vuelos semanales Nadi—Canberra a partir de Julio 2023 como parte de la expansión de sus servicios en Oceanía. Estos operarán los Martes y Viernes. A partir de Octubre 2023, la aerolínea agregará una tercera rotación semanal. La capital de Australia, Canberra, es el último destino que se agrega a la creciente red internacional de Fiji Airways. La aerolínea asociada de conexión Oneworld desplegará su avión Boeing 737-8 MAX en los nuevos vuelos de Canberra.
El Director Ejecutivo y Director General de Fiji Airways, Andre Viljoen, dijo que la aerolínea ha realizado una extensa investigación de mercado antes de decidirse por este nuevo servicio. “Como aerolínea nacional de Fiji, estamos orgullosos de volar a la capital de Australia. Andre Viljoen señala que el nuevo servicio ha sido posible con la próxima incorporación de dos nuevos aviones Airbus A350 de fuselaje ancho.
La capacidad adicional del A350 liberará los aviones 737 MAX actualmente desplegados en su red. “Recibiremos el primero de nuestros dos nuevos A350 en Julio 2023, lo que resultará en un aumento inmediato de la capacidad en toda nuestra red. Esto significa que podremos dedicar más asientos al mercado australiano, específicamente a Canberra”, dijo Andre Viljoen.
Fiji Airways opera actualmente una flota de doce aviones, incluidas unidades A330, A350 y 737 MAX. Su red internacional incluye vuelos a San Francisco, Los Ángeles, Vancouver, Tokio, Hong Kong y Singapur.

The additional capacity of the A350 will release the 737 MAX aircraft currently deployed in its network. “We will receive the first of our two new A350 in July 2023, which will result in an immediate increase in capacity throughout our network. This means that we can devote more seats to the Australian market, specifically to Canberra”, said Andre Viljoen.
Fiji Airways currently operates a fleet of twelve airplanes, including A330, A350 and 737 MAX. His international network includes flights to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore.
