Aerolíneas participan del lanzamiento cuarto programa

Comienza una nueva edición de PreViaje, el programa del gobierno de Argentina que busca incentivar el turismo interno en el país. El Ministerio de Turismo y Deporte dio a conocer los detalles de este plan de 2023 que incluye un tope de reintegro equivalente a US$ 316 al cambio oficial y podrá usarse también los fines de semana largos. El programa PreViaje en Argentina lleva tres ediciones en las que más de 6 millones de turistas accedieron a este plan. El impacto en las primeras versiones fue cercano a los US$ 905 millones para las economías regionales y generó 54.000 nuevos empleos, según estima el Ministerio de Turismo y Deporte.

El sistema es el mismo que en las versiones anteriores: se reintegra el 50% para volver a utilizar en turismo y, para personas afiliadas de PAMI (el servicio de salud estatal para jubilados y pensionados de Argentina), la devolución es del 70%. El crédito se puede gastar a partir de la fecha del viaje, y hasta el 31 de Octubre de 2023.

El Ministerio de Turismo y Deporte de la República Argentina lanzó el PreViaje 4, programa que promueve la devolución del 50% de los gastos turísticos dentro del país, incluido el viaje en las distintas aerolíneas. Con el PreViaje 4, los pasajes de aerolíneas que cargues entre el 19 y el 28 de Abril de 2023, para viajar del 24 de Mayo al 30 de Junio de 2023, recibirás el 50% de lo que hayas gastado en una tarjeta precargada, para realizar más compras en el sector turístico hasta el 31 de Octubre de 2023.

En el cuarto programa de estímulo turístico se han sumado tres aerolíneas que ingresan en el PreViaje 4: Aerolíneas Argentinas, JetSMART Airlines Argentina y Flybondi Líneas Aéreas. El PreViaje 4 promueve la devolución del 50% de los gastos turísticos dentro del país, incluido el viaje en las distintas aerolíneas.

Para acceder al programa, los interesados deben ser mayores de 18 años, declarar domicilio en el país y tener una cuenta habilitada a través de la Clave Única de Identificación Tributaria (CUIT) o la Clave Única de Identificación Laboral (CUIL) en Mi Argentina, la plataforma digital en la que el gobierno centraliza todos los trámites con el Estado. Para acceder a los beneficios en el caso de JetSmart y Flybondi se deben cargar todos los pasajes aéreos correspondientes a la misma reserva juntos. Esto implica que, si hay 4 tickets emitidos con el mismo código de reserva, deben ser cargados por la persona que realizó la compra en una sola carga. En el caso de Aerolíneas Argentinas, en cambio, sí es necesario cargar separadamente los diferentes boletos o cargos que forman una reserva. Esto implica que si una reserva incluye 2 boletos, cada boleto debe ser cargado por separado, señalando su respectivo costo. Al mismo tiempo, si el boleto incluye cargos extras (equipaje adicional, gastos de financiación, etc.), es necesario señalar el número de ticket de los mismos.

¿Dónde tengo que presentar el comprobante para acceder al beneficio? Una vez realizada la pre-compra ante un prestador inscripto en el programa, deberás registrarte validando tu identidad en “Mi Argentina” y completar tus datos personales. Es muy importante que verifiques que todos los datos estén correctamente registrados, pues desde PreViaje se toma esa información para la emisión de tu tarjeta. Luego deberás crear el perfil de tu/s viaje/s indicando fecha, origen, destino, pasajeros, etc. y asociar los comprobantes de las compras anticipadas correspondientes.

En caso de reprogramación o cancelación de un viaje, ¿cómo proceder? Las personas beneficiarias tienen la obligación de informar la eventual cancelación de un viaje o servicio turístico cargado en la plataforma, en un plazo de hasta veinte (20) días antes de la fecha del viaje o prestación del servicio. Para hacerlo deberás anular el comprobante cargado en la página y éste se descontará de tu beneficio. En caso de que sea sólo una reprogramación, no es necesario informar. El crédito estará disponible a partir de la fecha declarada originalmente.
