Concejal de Rio Grande reclama destino fueguino

El Presidente del Concejo Deliberante de la Ciudad de Río Grande, Dr. Raúl Von der Thusen, informó que se dirigirá personalmente a la ciudad de Buenos Aires para entregar en mano a todos los jefes de bloques del Congreso Nacional “la Minuta de Comunicación aprobada por el Concejo Deliberante para solicitar que los fueguinos contemos con pasajes de avión con una Tarifa Diferencial para Residentes”. Luego de no recibir respuesta por parte de los Diputados y Senadores fueguinos, el Concejal Von der Thusen manifestó que llevará la Minuta de Comunicación a todos los jefes de bloques del congreso. Sobre esto expresó: “Los Diputados y Senadores fueguinos no nos escucharon, veremos si a los representantes de otras provincias les interesan las problemáticas de los fueguinos”. El objetivo es que los Diputados y Senadores tomen este reclamo y concreten el Proyecto de Ley.

La ciudad se encuentra a 3.000 kilómetros de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, presentando síntomas de aislamientos. «Para acceder al transporte el usuario debe atravesar cuatro fronteras, cruzar el Estrecho de Magallanes en una empresa extranjera y que en caso de querer viajar en avión las tarifas no bajan de AR$ 100.000. Otra de las situaciones que afecta a los fueguinos, pero fundamentalmente a los riograndenses es la imposibilidad de que otras empresas se radiquen en la ciudad. No hay libertad de cielo, ya que Aerolíneas Argentinas tiene el monopolio de los vuelos en nuestra ciudad, dejándonos sin la posibilidad de elegir otras empresas que puedan competir con los precios. Si aerolíneas está en Río Grande por soberanía deberían reconocer nuestra situación y bajar los precios, no fijar las tarifas solo con una lógica comercial», comenta el Concejal riograndense.

El Concejal adelantó que “voy a intentar gestionar con distintas instituciones púbicas como la ANAC o el ORSNA, para ver la posibilidad de que otras empresas como Flybondi o JetSMART se instalen en la ciudad. También solicitaré el cambio de horario de los vuelos, ya que viajar de madrugada es otro de los perjuicios que sufrimos quienes vivimos en la isla. Los fueguinos no viajamos por lujo, viajamos por necesidad”.
