Flughafen Zuerich AG compra aeropuerto por R$ 320 millones
El Aeropuerto Natal/São Gonçalo do Amarante/NAT que sirve al Municipio de Natal (RN) y la región, fue vendido el Viernes 19/05, en una subasta por el valor de R$ 320 millones de Reais, lo que representa una prima del 41% sobre la oferta mínima de R$ 226,9 millones establecida inicialmente. El activo fue adquirido por Flughafen Zuerich AG después de una larga disputa, oferta por licitación, con el postor NK 230 Empreendimentos e Participações.
Esta es la primera nueva licitación de un activo de infraestructura otorgada en el país, y representó una prueba positiva para el Gobierno Federal, que cobrará la diferencia entre el monto ofrecido por el proponente y la compensación a pagar al actual concesionario por las inversiones realizadas y aún no amortizadas.
El Aeropuerto Natal fue el primer aeropuerto en ser otorgado, en 2011, dentro del programa federal de concesiones aeroportuarias. El nuevo contrato que se firmará tendrá una duración de 30 años. Después de la firma del acuerdo de concesión, el aeropuerto de Zurich poseerá el 100% del aeropuerto y lo operará durante un período de concesión de 30 años. Actualmente, el aeropuerto tiene una capacidad de alrededor de 6,5 millones de pasajeros por año. El contrato de concesión prevé un pago de R$ 320 millones. Además, el aeropuerto de Zúrich pagará una tarifa anual basada en los ingresos del quinto aniversario de la firma del acuerdo de concesión. La transferencia de la responsabilidad operativa está prevista para principios de 2024.

Natal Airport/São Gonçalo do Amarante/NAT which serves the municipality of Natal (RN) and the region, was sold on Friday 05/19, at an auction for the value of R$ 320 million of Reais, which represents a premium of 41% on the minimum offer of R$ 226.9 million initially established. The asset was acquired by Flughafen Zuerich AG after a long dispute, offered by bidding, with the Postor NK 230 entrepreneurship and participation.
This is the first new tender for an infrastructure asset granted in the country and represented positive evidence for the federal government, which will gain the difference between the amount offered by the proponent and compensation to pay the current concessionaire for the investments made and not yet amortized.
The native airport was the first airport to be awarded, in 2011, within the Federal Airport Concessions Program. The new contract that will be signed will last 30 years. After the signing of the concession agreement, Zurich Airport will have 100% of the airport and will operate it during a 30-year grant period.
