Premio Mejor Aerolínea del Mundo en 2023

La analista AirlineRatings ha anunciado los premios en el área de las aerolíneas para el 2023 alcanzando el puesto número uno a Air New Zealand. La aerolínea neozelandesa fue premiada oficialmente la aerolínea del año, al menos según AirlineRatings.com, una agencia de calificación de productos y seguridad aérea con sede en Australia.

AirlineRatings.com cita las intrigantes camas económicas SkyNest de AirNew Zealand que se lanzarán en 2024 como uno de los factores clave que la posicionan en el puesto número uno. “La aerolínea siempre está innovando y no se conforma con utilizar productos y asientos estándar, sino que va un paso más allá. Es este enfoque en el bienestar y en la comodidad de los viajeros de clase turista lo que impresionó al jurado”, dijo Travel Geoffrey Thomas, Redactor Jefe de AirlineRatings.com. AirlineRatings.com también elogió la seguridad operativa, el liderazgo medioambiental y la motivación del personal de Air New Zealand.

Tras un par de años en los que hubo una reducción de viajes aéreos a raíz de la pandemia, los viajeros volvieron a los cielos en 2022 para encontrarse con un importante caos en las aerolíneas: vuelos cancelados, equipajes perdidos y personal desbordado.
