Azul Linhas Aéreas analiza operar en Nova Andradina

Azul Linhas Aéreas analiza volar a un nuevo destino en Nova Andradina, un municipio brasileño del Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul. Su población de aproximadamente 46.000 habitantes y su área es de 4.776 km². Es conocida como la “Capital del Valle de Ivinhema”. El área tiene muchas granjas, y sus principales industrias son las relacionadas con la agricultura y ganadería. El Aeropuerto Municipal de Nova Andradina ha sido uno de los grandes objetivos de la administración del Alcalde Gilberto García para potenciar las oportunidades de la región.

La Agencia Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) de Brasil, ha establecido la implementación de mejoras que cumplen con las reglamentaciones aeroportuarias para que líneas aéreas operen en la aeroestación. Con el fin de conocer las instalaciones del Aeropuerto Municipal, el pasado fin de semana, representantes de Azul Linhas Aéreas estuvieron en Nova Andradina para realizar el reconocimiento de la pista y revisar la infraestructura que ofrecerá la futura terminal aeroportuaria, para que la empresa pueda operar en la región atendiendo el transporte de pasajeros.

A solicitud del Alcalde Gilberto García, el Secretario municipal de Infraestructura, Júlio César Castro Marques, acompañó a los agentes de la compañía aérea a las instalaciones del Aeropuerto Municipal y les explicó las obras que se están realizando, a través del esfuerzo conjunto de la Municipalidad con el Gobierno del Estado para dotar al sitio de acceso pavimentado a la calle de rodaje de aeronaves. Además de la implementación de señales, instrumentos, hangares, gasolinera y una sala para el embarque y desembarque de pasajeros.

Según el Secretario Júlio César, los representantes de Azul Linhas Aéreas señalaron grandes expectativas para invertir en Nova Andradina. Además de la calidad de la pista de aterrizaje presentan un buen pavimento y filmaciones que cumplen con los estándares de la aviación civil, los indicadores socioeconómicos de Nova Andradina y región, contemplan el interés comercial de la aerolínea. “Estamos trabajando para cumplir con los ítems indicados por los representantes de Azul. La posibilidad de que la empresa actúe con vuelo comercial en Nova Andradina es real y tiene todo por suceder ya desde el momento en que entregamos los servicios que están funcionando”, dijo el Secretario Júlio César.
