The Boeing Company y Air Tanzania celebraron el 03/06 la entrega del primer Boeing 767-300F Carguero de la aerolínea. El avión llegó al centro de operaciones de la aerolínea en Dar es Salaam y proporcionará al operador capacidad de carga aérea dedicada para atender el creciente mercado de carga del país. The Boeing Company and Air Tanzania celebrated on 06/03 the delivery of the airline’s first Boeing 767-300 Freighter. The aircraft has arrived at the airline’s hub in Dar es Salaam and will provide the operator with dedicated air cargo capacity to serve the country’s growing cargo market. The delivery also marks the first direct delivery of Boeing’s 767 Freighter to an African airline. Air Tanzania’s dedicated freighter will support the East African nation’s growing export and import market.

This is Air Tanzania’s first dedicated freighter as the country looks to expand imports and exports of perishable goods, pharmaceuticals, and other products that require timely delivery.

Virgin Atlantic anuncia vuelos diarios entre Londres y Sao Paulo

Virgin Atlantic Airways ha anunciado el retorno delas operaciones hacia São Paulo tras tres años después de dejar de operar en Brasil. La compañía británica acaba de anunciar vuelos diarios entre Londres/Heathrow/LHR—São Paulo/Guarulhos/GRU. Las operaciones comenzarán el 13 de Mayo de 2024. Gobierno publica Boletín Oficial vuelos a Estados Unidos

La instrumentación para una nueva categoría del Aeropuerto Buenos Aires/Jorge Newbery/AEP de Argentina impulsada por el Ministerio de Transporte de la Nación, a cargo de Diego Giuliano, en conjunto con el Organismo Regulador del Sistema Nacional de Aeropuertos (ORSNA), Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 y las nuevas normativas de Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) permitirá potenciar las oportunidades de la aeroestación localizada y emplazada en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires para vuelos internacionales alcanzando el máximo nivel desde su inauguración en 1947. Aerolíneas Argentinas será la primera de las compañías aéreas en operar aviones de mayor porte desde Aeroparque para las rutas aéreas hacia Nueva York y Miami, en Estados Unidos.

Aeroparque empezará a operar vuelos internacionales, potenciando el turismo y brindando mayor conectividad a los turistas. Esta medida es posible a partir de las obras que finalizó el Gobierno nacional, como la construcción de una nueva pista que permite aumentar la capacidad y operar aviones de mayor tamaño. Comenzará a implementarse con las rutas aéreas de Aerolíneas Argentinas que conectarán Aeroparque con Nueva York y Miami, y rige además para todas las compañías aéreas. Este logro tuvo su inicio en una de las primeras medidas que se llevó adelante en este Gobierno, a principios del 2020, cuando se permitió a través de una normativa de la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) que Aeroparque pueda recibir y despachar vuelos a países limítrofes, ya que durante la gestión anterior se limitaron completamente los vuelos internacionales desde y hacia Aeroparque, trasladando todo el flujo del exterior al Aeropuerto de Ezeiza únicamente.

El Ministro de Transporte, Diego Giuliano, afirmó: “Con las obras del Plan de Modernización del Transporte consolidamos una fuerte política de inversiones que acompañó la recuperación del sector aéreo. Hoy damos otro paso al frente con el comienzo de la etapa de vuelos internacionales operando en Aeroparque. Luego de la construcción de una nueva pista que brinda más seguridad y recibe a aviones de mayor tamaño, nuestra Aerolínea de bandera será la que comience con vuelos hacia Nueva York y Miami. Con la decisión política de mejorar los aeropuertos y dotarlos de tecnología, estamos potenciando el turismo y brindando mayor conectividad y confort a las y los pasajeros”.

Tras diversas gestiones, con la publicación de la Resolución Nº297/2023 en el Boletín Oficial quedó oficializada la modificación sobre dicha normativa vigente de la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC), habilitando el servicio de transporte aéreo desde y hacia los Estados Unidos. Se suma así a los anteriores servicios con origen o destino a Uruguay, Brasil, Paraguay, Chile, Bolivia, Perú y Colombia. La medida del Sábado 03/06 se extiende esta mejora al turismo en Aeroparque para todos los vuelos internacionales y con la posibilidad de ser implementado por todas las compañías aéreas, potenciando el turismo y brindando mayor conectividad.

Asimismo, otro eje central que posibilitó que Aeroparque inicie esta nueva etapa internacional de vuelos, fueron las obras impulsadas por el Ministerio de Transporte de la Nación, a cargo de Diego Giuliano, conjuntamente con el Organismo Regulador del Sistema Nacional de Aeropuertos (ORSNA) y Aeropuertos Argentina 2000. Los trabajos que se realizaron para la modernización de Aeroparque abarcaron la construcción de una nueva pista que incrementa los márgenes de seguridad que permitió la operatividad de vuelos de mayor alcance. También se instaló un nuevo sistema de balizamiento categoría III, que aumentó la seguridad y logró operar en condiciones meteorológicas antes restringidas, evitando desvíos, cancelaciones y demoras. Asimismo, la ampliación y el rediseño de la terminal internacional, tanto en el sector de arribos como en el área de partidas, lo que significó duplicar la cantidad de operaciones, alcanzando hasta seis operaciones por hora, brindando mayor comodidad y seguridad a los pasajeros y pasajeras que utilicen las instalaciones.

A su vez, en Aeroparque se han iniciado las obras destinadas a ampliar la Plataforma Norte y sus respectivos márgenes pavimentados en concreto asfáltico. Esta nueva plataforma de 65.000m² permitirá disponer de dos posiciones para aeronaves clave C y otras dos posiciones adicionales para aeronaves clave E. Esto implica que alternativamente los puestos destinados a aeronaves LC “E” podrán ser reemplazados por cuatro aeronaves clave C, permitiendo de este modo operar de manera simultánea seis aeronaves clave C. Los trabajos incluyen también las obras correspondientes al sistema contra incendios, el balizamiento, la demarcación horizontal y los desagües y drenajes.
