Suspendieron +30 vuelos domésticos

Más de treinta vuelos de las aerolíneas low cost Flybondi y JetSMART Airlines Argentina debieron ser cancelados durante la tarde del Miércoles 7 de Junio de 2023 como consecuencia de que las compañías no cuentan con divisas para abonarle a sus proveedores y el gremio de aeronáuticos lanzó un paro sorpresivo.

Entre los pasajeros damnificados se encuentra un ex funcionario de la gestión de Cambiemos, Alfonso Prat Gay, que tenía programado un vuelo a Tucumán para asistir al cierre de campaña de Juntos por el Cambio en la recta final de los comicios provinciales. Indignado por la situación, el ex Presidente del Banco Central dejó un furioso descargo en redes sociales y responsabilizó al Gobierno, que a su entender impide a las compañías aéreas “importar piezas esenciales para el mantenimiento de los aviones”.

Prat-Gay tuiteó que los pasajeros damnificados se acercaron para pedirle que reproduzca las críticas hacia el Gobierno de Alberto Fernández: “Los pasajeros frustrados me ruegan ‘por favor dejen de pelearse entre uds así nos sacan a estos chorros de encima y esta vez para siempre'”, tuiteó.

Cancelaciones/reprogramaciones
En el caso de la aerolínea Flybondi, más de 39 vuelos fueron cancelados o debieron ser reprogramados. Con dos aviones menos para operar y otros dos en mantenimiento en el exterior, la aerolínea low cost canceló el Martes veintidos vuelos y reprogramó los horarios de otros diez. A esto se sumó una medida de fuerza en Aeroparque por parte del personal de la empresa estatal Intercargo, que generó demoras adicionales tanto en Flybondi como en JetSMART.

En cuanto a la falta de divisas, el Secretario de Comercio, Matías Tombolini, dijo que “se conformó una mesa de trabajo entre Secretaría de Comercio, Ministerio de Transporte, Ministerio de Turismo, AFIP, Banco Central y ANAC y se mantuvieron varias reuniones con la empresa para analizar el giro de divisas producto del volumen normal de sus operaciones”. Según Tombolini, Flybondi manifestó que por arrendamiento operativo (leasing) y otros servicios “requería de US$ 11 millones de Dólares en dos meses”, pero desde Comercio le objetaron el monto solicitado. El funcionario dijo que Flybondi aceptó esa objeción y cargaron nuevamente el pedido de las SIRA “por US$ 6,2 millones de Dólares por dos meses”. Además, destacó que “hace un tiempo Flybondi aumentó su flota y quiere crecer nuevamente (señal de que el país mejora) y apoyamos su crecimiento”, pero aclaró que “debe hacerlo con financiamiento propio, algo que (Flybondi) no aceptó”. El Gobierno quiere que las empresas consigan que desde el exterior les financien los pagos en Dólares por al menos seis meses, o incluso más. Es lo que viene sucediendo por ejemplo con las terminales automotrices, a las cuales les están autorizando el acceso a los Dólares para pagar la importación de vehículos a plazos que van de los 195 a 210 días.
