Porter Airlines a Tampa Bay con servicio sin escalas desde Canadá
La aerolínea canadiense Porter Airlines lanza su servicio non-stop Toronto/YYZ—Tampa Bay/TPA con aeronaves de última generación Embraer E195-E2. El Aeropuerto Internacional de Tampa tiene otra nueva opción para los viajeros hacia y desde Canadá con la adición de Porter Airlines, que anunció el Jueves 24/08 que está comenzando un servicio sin escalas a Toronto antes de las vacaciones.
La aerolínea de bajo costo está lanzando un servicio de jet a los Estados Unidos con su nuevo avión Embraer E195-E2, que incluye un nuevo vuelo diario de ida y vuelta entre el Aeropuerto Internacional Toronto Pearson (YYZ) y el Aeropuerto Internacional Tampa Bay (TPA) que comenzará el 1 de Noviembre de 2023 con una frecuencia diaria (1Frq/D).
Porter Airlines es ahora la 22ª aerolínea programada que actualmente vuela a TPA, y la cuarta en ofrecer un servicio sin escalas a Canadá. “Estamos muy contentos de dar la bienvenida a Porter Airlines al Aeropuerto Internacional de Tampa con esta nueva ruta sin escalas a Toronto, como parte del lanzamiento del servicio de jet de Porter a los Estados Unidos. A los canadienses les encanta la región de Tampa Bay y todo lo que tiene para ofrecer, y sabemos que esta será una nueva opción popular tanto para viajeros de negocios como de placer”, dijo el CEO del aeropuerto, Joe Lopano.
Esta será la primera vez que Porter Airlines, con sede en Toronto, volará a Tampa desde que la aerolínea se lanzó en 2006. El objetivo de la compañía aérea es ofrecer una hospitalidad superior y un servicio elevado a bordo para sus viajeros. Sus nuevos aviones Embraer E2-Jets ofrecerán 132 asientos económicos en una configuración de dos por dos, lo que significa que no habrá asientos intermedios, además de wifi gratuito y cerveza y vino gratis, junto con bocadillos y opciones de comida premium.
“Los canadienses están acostumbrados a volar a Florida, pero no así. El servicio a bordo de Porter para pasajeros económicos no tiene comparación con ninguna otra aerolínea en América del Norte. Porter Airlines to Tampa Bay with nonstop service from Canada
The Canadian airline Porter Airlines launches its non-stop Toronto/YYZ—Tampa Bay/TPA service with the latest generation Embraer E195-E2 aircraft. Tampa International Airport has another new option for travelers to and from Canada with the addition of Porter Airlines, which announced Thursday 08/24 that it is beginning nonstop service to Toronto ahead of the holidays.
The low-cost airline is launching jet service to the United States with its new Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, which includes a new daily round-trip flight between Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) and Tampa Bay International Airport ( TPA) that will begin on November 1, 2023, with a daily frequency (1Frq/D).
Porter Airlines is now the 22nd scheduled airline to currently fly to TPA, and the fourth to offer nonstop service to Canada. “We are excited to welcome Porter Airlines to Tampa International Airport with this new non-stop route to Toronto, as part of the launch of Porter’s jet service to the United States. Canadians love the Tampa Bay region and all it has to offer, and we know this will be a popular new choice for business and leisure travelers alike”, said airport CEO Joe Lopano.
This will be the first time Toronto-based Porter Airlines will fly to Tampa since the airline launched in 2006. The airline’s goal is to offer superior hospitality and elevated onboard service for its travelers. Its new Embraer E2-Jets aircraft will offer 132 economy seats in a two-by-two configuration, meaning no middle seats, plus free Wi-Fi and free beer and wine, along with premium snacks and food options.
“Canadians are used to flying to Florida, but not like this. Porter’s inflight service for budget travelers is unmatched by any other airline in North America. We believe time on board our planes is such an important part of a journey like the destination”, said Kevin Jackson, Porter’s Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer.
