Reuniones informativas pilotos Aerolíneas Argentinas
Los pilotos de Aerolíneas Argentinas nucleados en Asociación de Pilotos de Líneas Aéreas (APLA) han iniciado reuniones informativas en los lugares de trabajo desde las 09:00 hs del Martes 29/08, envirtud de un acuerdo paritario que recupere el salario afectado por la inflación y la devaluación de la moneda del Peso Argentino. El gremio de APLA integrante de Sidicatos Aeronáuticos Unidos inició reuniones informativas en el Aeropuerto Buenos Aires/Jorge Newbery para dar a conocer a sus afiliados los motivos por los que la negociación paritaria vigente se encuentra estancada tras dos reuniones realizadas con directivos de la compañía aérea. Los gremios de UPSA y APA, sindicatos que nuclean al personal de tierra, también realizaran reuniones informativas en Aeroparque durante el día que visualiza los reclamos de recomposición salarial en línea con APLA.

La Asociación que nuclea a los pilotos de Aerolíneas Argentinas ha informado que los reclamos derivan de la recomposición y actualización salarial por la compañía que ha resulto insuficiente para las actualizaciones remunerativas. El comunicado difundido por APLA expresa: “En un año de pleno crecimiento con números sin precedentes para la empresa, están generando una situación innecesaria al mantener una postura intransigente que impide avanzar en un acuerdo de recomposición salarial acorde a los aumentos continuos en el costo de vida que pagamos día a día. Ante esta realidad, resulta indispensable un cambio de actitud de los directivos de Aerolíneas Argentinas a la brevedad para destrabar la presente discusión paritaria”.

The pilots of Aerolíneas Argentinas grouped in the Association of Air Line Pilots (APLA) have started informative meetings in the workplace since 09:00 on Tuesday 29/08, by virtue of a joint agreement that recovers the salary affected by inflation and the devaluation of the Argentine Peso currency. The union of APLA, a member of the United Aeronautical Unions, began informative meetings at the Buenos Aires/Jorge Newbery Airport to inform its affiliates of the reasons why the current joint negotiation is stalled after two meetings held with executives of the airline. The unions of UPSA and APA, unions that bring together the ground personnel, will also hold informative meetings at Aeroparque during the day that visualize the claims for salary recomposition in line with APLA.

The Association that brings together the pilots of Aerolíneas Argentinas has reported that the claims derive from the recomposition and salary update by the company, which has been insufficient for remuneration updates. The statement released by APLA states: “In a year of full growth with unprecedented numbers for the company, they are creating an unnecessary situation by maintaining an intransigent position that prevents progress in a salary recomposition agreement in accordance with the continuous increases in the cost of life that we pay day by day. Faced with this reality, it is essential to change the attitude of the directors of Aerolíneas Argentinas as soon as possible to unblock the present joint discussion”.
