David Boulter Jefe permanente de Seguridad Aérea
La Administración Federal de Aviación (FAA) de los Estados Unidos nombró a David Boulter como Jefe permanente de Seguridad de la Aviación, como parte de las estrategias para poner énfasis en el aumento de los incidentes aéreos ocurridos en Estados Unidos.
La Junta Nacional de Seguridad del Transporte (NTSB) está investigando actualmente siete eventos de incursión en la pista desde Enero 2023. Una forma en que la FAA espera reducir el número de cuasi accidentes y llamadas cercanas es mediante la celebración de unas noventa reuniones de seguridad en aeropuertos de todo el país hasta finales de Septiembre 2023. además, continúan inyectando más de US$ 120 millones en subvenciones a aeropuertos de todo el país para mejorar sus pistas con énfasis en la seguridad.
La FAA ha sido criticada en 2022, pues ha estado sin un administrador permanente desde Abril del año pasado. David Boulter es el primer Administrador interino de la FAA en convertirse en administrador permanente desde Abril de 2022 tras la salida de Billy Nolen.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) of the United States appointed David Boulter as permanent Chief of Aviation Security, as part of the strategies to emphasize the increase in air incidents in the United States.
The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is currently investigating seven runway incursion events since January 2023. One way the FAA hopes to reduce the number of near misses and close calls is by holding about ninety safety meetings. in airports throughout the country until the end of September 2023. In addition, they continue to inject more than US$ 120 million in subsidies to airports throughout the country to improve their runways with an emphasis on safety.
The FAA has come under fire in 2022, having been without a permanent administrator since April of last year. David Boulter is the first Acting FAA Administrator to become a permanent administrator since April 2022 following the departure of Billy Nolen.
