JetBlue Airways ha inaugurado el Miércoles 30/08 su primer servicio New York/JKF—Amsterdam/AMS, permitiendo aumentar su presencia de vuelos transatlánticos hacia Europa. Su primer vuelo marca un hecho histórico al operar su vuelo inaugural hacia los Países Bajos. La cuarta ruta New York/JFK—Amsterdam/AMS tendrá una frecuencia diaria (1Frq/D) en la ruta competitiva del Atlántico Norte. El primer servicio con vuelo B6-2288 despegó de Nueva York a las 20:40 hs el Martes 29/08, con vuelo programado a las 20:05, aterrizando en Amsterdam a las 09:15 del Miércoles 30/08 después de seis horas y 35 minutos en el aire. Los horarios de la programación para la ruta difieren ligeramente del horario regular, que verá el vuelo B6-2288 salir de Nueva York a las 22:00 y llegar a Amsterdam a las 11:35 de la mañana siguiente. Mientras tanto, el tramo de retorno como vuelo B6-2289, saldrá de Amsterdam a las 13:35 hora local y aterrizará en Nueva York a las 16:20 del mismo día.
JetBlue Airways realizará sus vuelos con el servicio de sus A321LR (Long Range). The first service with flight B6-2288 took off from New York at 08:40 p.m. on Tuesday 08/29, with a scheduled flight at 08:05 p.m., landing in Amsterdam at 09:15 on Wednesday 08/30 after six hours and 35 minutes in the air. The schedule times for the route differ slightly from the regular schedule, which will see flight B6-2288 depart New York at 10:00 p.m. and arrive in Amsterdam at 11:35 the following morning. Meanwhile, the return leg flight B6-2289, will leave Amsterdam at 01:35 p.m. local time and land in New York at 04:20 p.m. on the same day.
