ASKY Airlines incorpora dos Boeing 737 MAX
ASKY Airlines ha incorporado oficialmente a su flota el Boeing 737 MAX. La compañía africana con sede en Togo, ha recibido oficialmente dos aviones Boeing 737-8 MAX, uniéndose así a los operadores mundiales de este tipo de aeronave. Ambos aviones fueron recibidos en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Lomé-Tokoin (LFW), donde se celebró su llegada con el tradicional arco de agua.
Los dos Boeing 737 MAX han sido alquilados a la compañía por el arrendador AerCap Holdings tras un acuerdo firmado entre ambas partes. El primer 737-8 MAX, matriculado ET-BAR, tiene 4,9 años y fue operado en su día por la aerolínea china Okay Airways. El segundo avión 737-8 MAX, matriculado ET-BAQ, tiene 5,2 años y también fue operado originalmente por Okays Airways.
La red de ASKY cubre actualmente 27 destinos y opera 214 vuelos semanales con una media de 22.000 pasajeros transportados por semana. Su flota consta de cuatro (4) Boeing 737-700, diez (10) Boeing 737-800, y los dos nuevos Boeing 737-8 MAX.

ASKY Airlines incorporates two Boeing 737 MAX
ASKY Airlines has officially added the Boeing 737 MAX to its fleet. The Togo-based African company has officially taken delivery of two Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft, thus joining the global operators of this type of aircraft. Both planes were received at Lomé-Tokoin International Airport (LFW), where their arrival was celebrated with the traditional water arch.
The two Boeing 737 MAX have been leased to the company by the lessor AerCap Holdings after an agreement was signed between both parties. The first 737-8 MAX, registered ET-BAR, is 4.9 years old and was once operated by the Chinese airline Okay Airways. The second 737-8 MAX aircraft, registration ET-BAQ, is 5.2 years old and was also originally operated by Okays Airways.
The ASKY network currently covers 27 destinations and operates 214 weekly flights with an average of 22,000 passengers carried per week. Its fleet consists of four (4) Boeing 737-700, ten (10) Boeing 737-800, and the two new Boeing 737-8 MAX.
