Luxair reanudará la ruta Luxemburgo—Manchester

Luxair ha anunciado planes para reanudar los vuelos entre Luxemburgo y Manchester el próximo año 2024. La aerolínea de bandera luxemburguesa anteriormente servía la ruta antes de la pandemia, y la compañía confirmó en su página de Facebook que operará la ruta Luxemburgo/LUX—Manchester/MAN con tres frecuencias semanales (3Frq/S) a partir del 1 de Abril de 2024.

Los horarios corresponden a el vuelo LG4541 sale de Luxemburgo a las 10:20 los Lunes y Miércoles y el Viernes a las 09:25 horas, llegando a Manchester a las 11:10 y 10:15 respectivamente. El vuelo LG4542 sale de Manchester a las 11:50 el Lunes y Miércoles y Viernes a las 10:55, llegando a Luxemburgo a las 14:45 y Viernes 13:15 horas. El vuelo tiene una duración de una 01:50 y será operado por el avión turbohélice De Havilland DHC-8 400 de la aerolínea.

Actualmente no hay otros vuelos directos y sin escalas entre Manchester y el país sin salida al mar de Europa occidental: Luxair también opera vuelos desde London City (LCY), mientras que British Airways vuela desde Londres Heathrow (LHR). A principios de 2023, Luxair lanzó vuelos entre el aeropuerto de London City y Luxemburgo, una ruta anteriormente servida por VLM Airlines y Air Antwerp .

Luxair will resume the Luxembourg—Manchester route

Luxair has announced plans to resume flights between Luxembourg and Manchester next year 2024. The Luxembourg flag carrier previously served the route before the pandemic, and the company confirmed on its Facebook page that it will operate the Luxembourg/LUX—Manchester/MAN route with three weekly frequencies (3Frq/S) from April 1, 2024.

The times correspond to flight LG4541 leaving Luxembourg at 10:20 on Monday and Wednesday and Friday at 09:25, arriving in Manchester at 11:10 and 10:15 respectively. Flight LG4542 leaves Manchester at 11:50 a.m. on Monday and Wednesday and Friday at 10:55 a.m., arriving in Luxembourg at 02:45 p.m. and Friday at 01:15 p.m. The flight lasts 01:50 and will be operated by the airline’s De Havilland DHC-8 400 turboprop aircraft.

There are currently no other direct, non-stop flights between Manchester and the western European landlocked country: Luxair also operates flights from London City (LCY), while British Airways flies from London Heathrow (LHR). In early 2023, Luxair launched flights between London City Airport and Luxembourg, a route previously served by VLM Airlines and Air Antwerp.
