Como parte del desarrollo, la compañía aérea estrenó la décima tercer aeronave en su flota con el Boeing 737-800 con matrícula LV-KJD que realizó su vuelo inaugural en la flota el Sábado 09/09 a las 18:57 hora local entre Buenos Aires/Jorge Newbery/AEP de la ciudad de Buenos Aires en un vuelo regular.

Aerolíneas Argentinas ha anunciado la ruta Resistencia/RES—Iguazú/IGR para el verano de 2024. El regreso de la ruta inoperada desde 2009 responde a una planificación estratégica de la temporada, con fuerte foco en la Región del Noreste (NEA) de Argentina. La ruta estival prevista para ser operada desde el 3 de Enero de 2024 hasta el 3 de Marzo de 2024, fue recorrida por última vez por la aerolínea Aerochaco, con un Jetstream J32 con capacidad para 19 pasajeros y ofreciendo dos vuelos semanales. Ahora, Aerolíneas Argentinas volverá a surcar los cielos de Chaco y Misiones para llegar en un Embraer E190 con capacidad para 96 pasajeros, brindando una oferta de 1.728 asientos durante la temporada de verano. Resistencia-Iguazú demandará 1 hora y 15 minutos en avión, la tarifa es desde AR$ 27.459,40 pesos ida y vuelta.
La ruta entre Resistencia y Puerto Iguazú resguarda un plan de conexión con siete aeropuertos con la ciudad misionera. Aeroflot-Rostec firman acuerdo arrendamiento para 52 aviones rusos
La compañía Aeroflot Russian Airlines y Rostec State Corporation firman un acuerdo de arrendamiento para 52 aviones rusos. Como parte del mismo grupo las líneas aéreas Aeroflot y Rossiya Airlines, han sellado acuerdos de alquiler de aeronaves con Aviacapital-Service, una empresa de leasing del conglomerado Rostec. La firma de estos acuerdos tuvo lugar en el marco del Foro Económico del Este, resaltando la determinación de las partes involucradas en fortalecer la flota aérea nacional y reducir la dependencia de importaciones extranjeras.
El acuerdo entre Aeroflot y Aviacapital-Service contempla el arrendamiento de seis (6) aviones MC-21-310, mientras que el acuerdo con Rossiya Airlines implica la adquisición de doce (12) aeronaves MC-21-310 y treinta y cuatro (34) aviones regionales Super Jet SJ-100, que es una versión actualizada del Sukhoi Superjet SSJ-100,. Los contratos fueron firmados por destacados líderes de estas compañías aéreas, incluyendo a Sergei Alexandrovsky, Director General de Aeroflot PJSC, Ian Burg, Director General de Rossiya Airlines JSC, y Roman Pakhomov, Director General de Aviacapital-Service.
“Estos contratos son los primeros dentro del marco del ambicioso acuerdo para la adquisición de 339 aviones en beneficio del Grupo Aeroflot. En primer lugar, nuestras aerolíneas recibirán los innovadores MC-21 y Superjet SJ-100, que sustituirán por completo las importaciones extranjeras. En Septiembre de 2022, Aeroflot PJSC y UAC PJSC firmaron un acuerdo crucial durante el Foro Económico del Este. En ese entonces, el Grupo Aeroflot anunció su intención de adquirir 339 nuevos aviones, incluyendo MC-21-310, SSJ-100 y Tu-214 de fabricación nacional. Este acuerdo marcó un paso importante hacia la implementación de un programa integral destinado al desarrollo de la industria de transporte aéreo en la Federación de Rusia hasta el año 2030, respaldado por el Gobierno.
Los acuerdos recientes entre Aeroflot y Rossiya con Aviacapital-Service forman parte de un proyecto de inversión aprobado por el Gobierno a principios de este año. Este proyecto prevé la entrega de los primeros 63 aviones MC-21-310, SJ-100 y Tu-214 a las aerolíneas, con fecha estimada hasta 2025.

Aeroflot Russian Airlines and Rostec State Corporation signed a leasing agreement for 52 Russian aircraft.
