Aeroflot-Rostec firman acuerdo arrendamiento para 52 aviones rusos
La compañía Aeroflot Russian Airlines y Rostec State Corporation firman un acuerdo de arrendamiento para 52 aviones rusos. Como parte del mismo grupo las líneas aéreas Aeroflot y Rossiya Airlines, han sellado acuerdos de alquiler de aeronaves con Aviacapital-Service, una empresa de leasing del conglomerado Rostec. La firma de estos acuerdos tuvo lugar en el marco del Foro Económico del Este, resaltando la determinación de las partes involucradas en fortalecer la flota aérea nacional y reducir la dependencia de importaciones extranjeras.
El acuerdo entre Aeroflot y Aviacapital-Service contempla el arrendamiento de seis (6) aviones MC-21-310, mientras que el acuerdo con Rossiya Airlines implica la adquisición de doce (12) aeronaves MC-21-310 y treinta y cuatro (34) aviones regionales Super Jet SJ-100, que es una versión actualizada del Sukhoi Superjet SSJ-100,. Los contratos fueron firmados por destacados líderes de estas compañías aéreas, incluyendo a Sergei Alexandrovsky, Director General de Aeroflot PJSC, Ian Burg, Director General de Rossiya Airlines JSC, y Roman Pakhomov, Director General de Aviacapital-Service.
“Estos contratos son los primeros dentro del marco del ambicioso acuerdo para la adquisición de 339 aviones en beneficio del Grupo Aeroflot. En primer lugar, nuestras aerolíneas recibirán los innovadores MC-21 y Superjet SJ-100, que sustituirán por completo las importaciones extranjeras. La finalización de estos proyectos está cerca y es resultado de una colaboración sin precedentes entre varias empresas, liderada por la United Aircraft Corportation (UAC). Es relevante destacar que el respaldo gubernamental ha sido fundamental para reducir significativamente los costos de estas aeronaves nacionales”, destacó Serguéi Chemezov, Director General de la Corporación Estatal Rostec.
En Septiembre de 2022, Aeroflot PJSC y UAC PJSC firmaron un acuerdo crucial durante el Foro Económico del Este. En ese entonces, el Grupo Aeroflot anunció su intención de adquirir 339 nuevos aviones, incluyendo MC-21-310, SSJ-100 y Tu-214 de fabricación nacional. Este acuerdo marcó un paso importante hacia la implementación de un programa integral destinado al desarrollo de la industria de transporte aéreo en la Federación de Rusia hasta el año 2030, respaldado por el Gobierno.
Los acuerdos recientes entre Aeroflot y Rossiya con Aviacapital-Service forman parte de un proyecto de inversión aprobado por el Gobierno a principios de este año. Este proyecto prevé la entrega de los primeros 63 aviones MC-21-310, SJ-100 y Tu-214 a las aerolíneas, con fecha estimada hasta 2025.
Sergei Alexandrovsky, Director General de Aeroflot Russian Airlines, aseguró: “El acuerdo con Aviacapital-Service para el arrendamiento de aviones MC-21 y SJ-100 es una continuación lógica de nuestra asociación con la Rostec State Corporation y la United Aircraft Corporation. El contrato que hemos firmado hoy acerca al Grupo Aeroflot a un evento muy esperado: la incorporación de aeronaves modernas, fabricadas localmente, a nuestra flota. Estos nuevos aviones rusos nos permitirán implementar con éxito nuestra estrategia actualizada y continuar nuestro crecimiento y desarrollo. Junto con los fabricantes de aviones rusos, estamos escribiendo un nuevo capítulo en los gloriosos cien años de historia de la aviación civil nacional y construyendo su futuro”.
Yuri Slyusar, Director General de PJSC UAC, expresó: “Hace apenas dos semanas, el avión SJ-100 realizó su primer vuelo exitoso y comenzó un programa de pruebas de desarrollo en fábrica. Aún tenemos un trabajo significativo por delante para certificar todas las modificaciones en el diseño de la aeronave. La firma de hoy marca un hito crucial para la industria aeronáutica rusa y para el conjunto de la industria de transporte aéreo”.

Aeroflot-Rostec signed lease agreement for 52 Russian aircraft
Aeroflot Russian Airlines and Rostec State Corporation signed a leasing agreement for 52 Russian aircraft. As part of the same group, the airlines Aeroflot and Rossiya Airlines have signed aircraft rental agreements with Aviacapital-Service, a leasing company of the Rostec conglomerate. The signing of these agreements took place within the framework of the Eastern Economic Forum, highlighting the determination of the parties involved in strengthening the national air fleet and reducing dependence on foreign imports.
The agreement between Aeroflot and Aviacapital-Service contemplates the leasing of six (6) MC-21-310 aircraft, while the agreement with Rossiya Airlines involves the acquisition of twelve (12) MC-21-310 aircraft and thirty-four (34 ) SJ-100 regional aircraft, which is an updated version of the Sukhoi Superjet SSJ-100. The contracts were signed by prominent leaders of these airlines, including Sergei Alexandrovsky, General Director of Aeroflot PJSC, Ian Burg, General Director of Rossiya Airlines JSC, and Roman Pakhomov, General Director of Aviacapital-Service.

In September 2022, Aeroflot PJSC and UAC PJSC signed a crucial agreement during the Eastern Economic Forum. At that time, the Aeroflot Group announced its intention to acquire 339 new aircraft, including MC-21-310, SSJ-100, and Tu-214 of domestic manufacture. This agreement marked an important step towards the implementation of a comprehensive program aimed at the development of the air transport industry in the Russian Federation until 2030, supported by the Government.
The recent agreements between Aeroflot and Rossiya with Aviacapital-Service are part of an investment project approved by the Government earlier this year. This project provides for the delivery of the first 63 MC-21-310, SJ-100, and Tu-214 aircraft to airlines, with an estimated date of up to 2025.

We still have significant work ahead to certify all modifications. in the design of the aircraft.
