Test/gira A321XLR por diez días por el mundo
Airbus establece una gira mundial del A321XLR mientras avanza a buen paso en la certificación del más moderno avión narrowbody, la aeronave de largo radio y cuerpo estrecho con más pedidos de la historia reciente de la aviación.
El tour del A321XLR es un paso necesario en la certificación para promocionar esta nueva aeronave versátil, lo que representa un vuelo de prueba con visitas a zonas de mucho frío como en el norte de Canadá. El avión partió este Miércoles 13/09 para estar en el aire cien horas, para cumplir con los test que significaría concluidos hacia el 2Q2024.
El test iniciado tendrá quince vuelos durante diez días. Operará rutas largas y cortas, en diversos contextos. Airbus ha puesto en su web la dirección en la que se pueden seguir las operaciones. mientras que al mismo tiempo, permitirá promocionar la nueva aeronave para que el público y las aerolíneas observen en tiempo real el comportamiento del prototipo.
El desarrollo del A321XLR (eXtra Long Range) es volar con 230 pasajeros a distancias de unas ocho horas de rango de autonomía non-stop, lo que presagio ser un avión de rango de distancias medias idónea para las rutas transatlánticas punto a punto. Posee un tanque central debajo del fuselaje lo que le permite generar un alcance de autonomía extra. El modelo es un derivado de la versión Long Range (LR), un avión que operan actualmente TAP Air Portugal, Aer Lingus o Air Astana.

Airbus established a world tour of the A321XLR while making good progress in the certification of the most modern narrowbody aircraft, the most ordered long-haul narrowbody aircraft in recent aviation history.
The A321XLR tour is a necessary step in the certification to promote this new versatile aircraft, which represents a test flight with visits to very cold areas such as northern Canada. The model is a derivative of the Long Range (LR) version, an aircraft currently operated by TAP Air Portugal, Aer Lingus or Air Astana.
