Licitación compra nuevo Boeing 737 para Fuerza Aérea Argentina
La Fuerza Aérea Argentina (FAA), ha anunciado la nueva Licitación Pública para la compra de una segunda unidad de transporte Boeing 737 Next Generation con el objetivo de fortalecer su capacidad de transporte. Así pudo confirmar el propio Jefe de la Institución, Brigadier General Xavier Isaac, durante la ceremonia de habilitación de los segundos pilotos del Curso de Estandarización de Procedimientos para Aviadores de Transporte (CEPAT) en las instalaciones de la II Brigada Aérea de Paraná.
La FAA posee actualmente en su flota un Boeing 737-700 T-99 que permite realizar transporte logístico como así también apoyo a las operaciones de transporte comercial para la aerolínea LADE Líneas Aéreas.
La Fuerza Aérea, a través de su Agregaduría Aérea en Washington D.C, Estados Unidos, inició un proceso de licitación para la compra de un Boeing 737 Next Generation con el objetivo de aplicar para el transporte de diverso tipo en apoyo a las operaciones de las Fuerzas Armadas, como el transporte de carga y pasajeros, complementando al actual Boeing 737-700 matricula T-99 “Islas Malvinas”.
El Brigadier General Xavier Isaac indicó que se viene realizando avances para la conformación de la Licitación Pública para la adquisición de una segunda aeronave Boeing 737-700, con una antigüedad menor que el actual T-99. Sin embargo, fue el propio Jefe de la Fuerza Aérea quien confirmó que, debido a los actuales costos, esta nueva aeronave no se corresponderá a una versión de carga como esta previsto en los planes originales, sino más bien, una versión configurada para el transporte mixto de carga y pasajeros bajo la variante 737QC (Quick Change), lo que le permitiría mayor flexibilidad de reconfiguración de la cabina interior.

Purchase new Boeing 737 for the Argentine Air Force advances
The Argentine Air Force (FAA) has announced the new Public Tender for the purchase of a second Boeing 737 Next Generation transport unit with the aim of strengthening its transport capacity. This was confirmed by the Head of the Institution himself, Brigadier General Xavier Isaac, during the qualification ceremony for the second pilots of the Procedures Standardization Course for Transport Aviators (CEPAT) at the facilities of the II Air Brigade of Paraná.
The FAA currently has a Boeing 737-700 T-99 in its fleet that allows for logistical transportation as well as support for commercial transportation operations for the airline LADE Líneas Aéreas.
The Air Force, through its Air Attaché Office in Washington D.C, United States, began a bidding process for the purchase of a Boeing 737 Next Generation with the objective of applying for transportation of various types in support of the operations of the Forces. Armed, such as the transport of cargo and passengers, complementing the current Boeing 737-700 registration T-99 “Islas Malvinas”.
Brigadier General Xavier Isaac indicated that progress is being made towards the formation of the Public Tender for the acquisition of a second Boeing 737-700 aircraft, younger than the current T-99. However, it was the Chief of the Air Force himself who confirmed that, due to current costs, this new aircraft will not correspond to a cargo version as planned in the original plans, but rather, a version configured for transport. mixed cargo and passengers under the 737QC (Quick Change) variant, which would allow greater flexibility in reconfiguring the interior cabin.
