Gallop Air acuerda comprar aviones COMAC ARJ21

Gallop Air del Reino de Brunei ha firmado el compromiso para adquirir el COMAC ARJ21 en su flota, siguiendo los pasos de la aerolínea indonesia TransNusa. La aerolínea podría ser el segundo operador extranjero del avión de fabricación china. La firma del protocolo entre Gallop Air y COMAC implica la compra de treinta (30) aviones que incluyen el ARJ 21-700, ARJ21CCF (COMAC Converted Freighter), ARJ21 Business Jet, ARJ21 Medical Aircraft y el C919-300. El acuerdo es valorado en US$ 2.000 millones de Dólares por el paquete de treinta aeronaves comerciales.

La asociación entre Gallop Air y COMAC Corp. permitieron alcanzar un acuerdo de intención de compra de aeronaves firmado durante la 20ª Exposición China-ASEAN, que tuvo lugar en Nanning, Guangxi, el 15 de Septiembre de 2023. Participaron del acuerdo el Jefe del Partido del PCCh de la Región Autónoma Zhuang de Guangxi, el Presidente de COMAC y funcionarios del Ministerio de Desarrollo de Brunei, el Presidente del Grupo Shaanxi Tianju, Yang Qiang, participaron en el evento ceremonial del 15/09 en su calidad de CEO de Gallop Air. Gallop Air cuenta con el apoyo de la empresa privada Shaanxi Tianju Group de la Provincia de Shaanxi, China.

El conjunto de compra de aeronaves se considera el más grande recibido por parte de COMAC Corporation, permitiendo a Gallop Air convertirse en la primera aerolínea extranjera del mundo la amplia gama de modelos de aeronaves ARJ21 y C919. El Reino de Brunei prosigue con el proceso de obtención de la Certificación de Aeronavegabilidad para el avión ARJ21.

Gallop Air agrees to buy COMAC ARJ21 aircraft

Gallop Air of the Kingdom of Brunei has signed the commitment to acquire the COMAC ARJ21 in its fleet, following in the footsteps of the Indonesian airline TransNusa. The airline could be the second foreign operator of the Chinese-made plane. The signing of the protocol between Gallop Air and COMAC involves the purchase of thirty (30) aircraft including the ARJ 21-700, ARJ21CCF (COMAC Converted Freighter), ARJ21 Business Jet, ARJ21 Medical Aircraft and the C919-300. The agreement is valued at US$ 2,000 million for the package of thirty commercial aircrafts.

The partnership between Gallop Air and COMAC Corp. allowed us to reach an agreement of intention to purchase aircraft signed during the 20th China-ASEAN Exhibition, which took place in Nanning, Guangxi, on September 15, 2023. The Head of the Party participated in the agreement of the CPC of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the COMAC Chairman and officials from the Ministry of Development of Brunei, Shaanxi Tianju Group Chairman Yang Qiang participated in the ceremonial event on 09/15 in his capacity as CEO of Gallop Air. Gallop Air is supported by the private company Shaanxi Tianju Group of Shaanxi Province, China.

The aircraft purchase package is considered the largest received by COMAC Corporation, allowing Gallop Air to become the world’s first foreign airline with a wide range of ARJ21 and C919 aircraft models. The Kingdom of Brunei continues with the process of obtaining the Airworthiness Certification for the ARJ21 aircraft.
