Memorando de Entendimiento para centro autorizado de Embraer
Embraer ha anunciado el Jueves, 28 de Septiembre de 2023 la firma un Memorando de Entendimiento (MoU) para una mayor cooperación con SIA Engineering Philippines Corporation (SIAEP) como Centro de Servicio Autorizado de Embraer en Filipinas y la Región Asia.
Embraer anunció que ha firmado un Memorando de Entendimiento No Vinculante con SIAEP, una subsidiaria de SIA Engineering Company Limited (SIAEC), que explorará una mayor asociación para incluir servicios de Mantenimiento, Reparación y Revisión (MRO) para la familia de aviones E-Jets E2 de Embraer. SIAEP ha sido un centro de servicio autorizado en Asia-Pacífico para los E-Jets de primera generación de Embraer desde 2017.
“Nos gustaría reconocer a SIAEP por sus años de dedicación y apoyo prestados a los operadores de E-Jet de Embraer en la región. Este memorando de entendimiento establece una buena base para que discutamos un mayor apoyo de la creciente flota de E-Jets E2 en la región, además de la huella establecida de E-Jets en APAC”, dijo el Sr. Frank Stevens, Vicepresidente de Centros Global MRO de Embraer.
El Sr. Jeremy Yew, Vicepresidente Senior de Mantenimiento de Base de SIAEC, dijo: “Esperamos explorar con Embraer la posibilidad de extender la asociación existente de SIAEP con ellos para incluir la prestación de servicios de mantenimiento de base eficientes y de calidad para apoyar la flota E2 en Asia-Pacífico”.
Embraer tiene una presencia global de operadores de E-Jet: más de 80 aerolíneas en 50 países, con un total de más de 1.700 entregas de las familias de aviones E-Jets y E-Jets E2. En Asia-Pacífico este año, Scoot y SKS Airways (Malasia), anunciaron la selección de los aviones E190-E2 y E195-E2 para complementar su flota existente.

Memorandum of Understanding for authorized Embraer center
Embraer has announced on Thursday, September 28, 2023, the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for further cooperation with SIA Engineering Philippines Corporation (SIAEP) as Embraer Authorized Service Center in the Philippines and the Asia Region.
Embraer announced that it has signed a Non-Binding Memorandum of Understanding with SIAEP, a subsidiary of SIA Engineering Company Limited (SIAEC), which will explore a further partnership to include Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services for the E-Jets family of aircraft. Embraer E2. SIAEP has been an authorized service center in Asia-Pacific for Embraer’s first-generation E-Jets since 2017.
“We would like to recognize SIAEP for its years of dedication and support provided to Embraer’s E-Jet operators in the region. This MOU establishes a good basis for us to discuss further support of the growing fleet of E2 E-Jets in the region, in addition to E-Jets’ established footprint in APAC”, said Mr. Frank Stevens, Vice President of Global MRO Centers at Embraer.
Mr Jeremy Yew, Senior Vice President of Base Maintenance at SIAEC, said: “We look forward to exploring with Embraer the possibility of extending SIAEP’s existing partnership with them to include the provision of efficient and quality base maintenance services to support the E2 fleet in Asia-Pacific”.
