Lanzamiento Fly2Brazil para estimular ingreso aerolíneas extranjeras

La Agencia Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) de Brasil ha lanzado el Lunes, 30 de Octubre de 2023 el hotsite Fly2Brazil para promover la simplificación de las reglas para atraer aerolíneas extranjeras a Brasil. El proyecto tiene como objetivo estimular la competencia en el sector de la aviación, mejorar las conexiones del país con destinos extranjeros y democratizar aún más el acceso al transporte aéreo en el mediano plazo.

En el hotsite se pueden encontrar orientaciones para nuevas aerolíneas internacionales que buscan operar en Brasil, ya sea a través de vuelos no regulares, conocidos como vuelos chárter, o vuelos regulares con frecuencias preestablecidas. También hay instrucciones disponibles sobre operaciones de código compartido, en las que una aerolínea permite que otra aerolínea use su código de identificación en un vuelo, lo que permite a los pasajeros reservar un vuelo con una aerolínea pero viajar en un vuelo operado por otra aerolínea. Normas simplificadoras
Las reglas se simplificaron en septiembre de 2022, reduciendo la burocracia asociada con la presentación de documentos para brindar transporte aéreo internacional regular y no regular. Ahora, las empresas extranjeras están exentas de la Autorización Previa de Funcionamiento y pueden inscribirse directamente en el Registro Comercial mientras tramitan la Autorización de Funcionamiento ante la ANAC. Como resultado, el tiempo promedio de procesamiento se redujo de 270 a 30 días, agilizando el proceso para que las compañías extranjeras operen nuevos vuelos a Brasil.

Las mejoras en el proceso de autorización realizadas por la ANAC también apuntan a posibilitar el desarrollo de nuevos servicios aéreos para Brasil, como vuelos chárter, cuyas aprobaciones pueden emitirse en hasta 10 días.

También se ha simplificado el intercambio de códigos entre empresas brasileñas y extranjeras. Ahora, las empresas que deseen celebrar acuerdos de código compartido sólo deberán registrar esta información en la ANAC, cumpliendo con los acuerdos internacionales vigentes.

Simplifying rules
The rules were simplified in September 2022, reducing the bureaucracy associated with submitting documents to provide scheduled and non-scheduled international air transportation. Now, foreign companies are exempt from the Prior Operating Authorization and can register directly in the Commercial Registry while processing the Operating Authorization before the ANAC. As a result, the average processing time was reduced from 270 to 30 days, streamlining the process for foreign companies to operate new flights to Brazil.

The improvements in the authorization process made by ANAC also aim to enable the development of new air services for Brazil, such as charter flights, whose approvals can be issued in up to 10 days.

Ryanair amenaza a Boeing con rechazar aviones

Ryanair ha comunicado el descontento con el constructor estadounidense por las constantes demoras en los retrasos por parte de Boeing en la entrega de aeronaves. La semana pasada, el fabricante realizó unas previsiones a la baja, esperando entregar entre 375 y 400 aeronaves en lo que queda de año 2023. Actualmente, la compañía fabricante tiene un backlog de 4.339 Boeing 737 MAX por entregar.

Ante las declaraciones de los resultados financieros de 3Q2023 de la compañía aeroespacial, el CEO de Ryanair, Michael O´Leary, ha instado a la empresa americana a acelerar los procesos de entregas de aeronaves, o contrariamente rechazarán los pedidos formulados. “Es hora de que se pongan las pilas y empiecen a entregar estos aviones”, expresa sin rodeos el ejecutivo de la low cost irlandesa.

Los problemas con la línea de producción del 737 MAX continúa siendo afectada por la cadena de suministro del principal proveedor Spirit AeroSystems, entre otros factores que retrasan el ensamblaje final del producto insignia dela compañía. En el mes de Septiembre 2023 apenas ha entregado quince aviones de este modelo, una cifra baja respecto a la frecuencia mensual de alrededor de cincuenta 737 que entregaba antes de la crisis de seguridad de avión.

Los problemas con la cadena de suministro no parece importar a Ryanair, que quiere aprovechar los problemas de muchas compañías con los motores Pratt & Whitney de la línea de los A320neo para ampliar su distancia en Europa. “Es frustrante, porque la demanda de viajes es muy fuerte y creemos que hay muchos competidores que van a dejar sus aviones en tierra”, señala el directivo.

El modelo low cost de Ryanair se focaliza en incrementar el número de aeronaves que resulta clave para poder mantener las tarifas bajas. La low cost tiene previsto recibir 37 Boeing 737 MAX para finales de Junio 2024, dos meses después de lo pactado inicialmente. Tras el proceso de quiebra de Montenegro Airlines, se han dispuesto a la venta de cuatro aviones Fokker 100. Boeing retrasa entregas a Mexicana por falta AOC

Mexicana de Aviación, la nueva aerolínea promovida por el Gobierno de México, aún no consigue el Certificado de Operador Aéreo (OAC), por lo que Boeing tendrá que retrasar la entrega de las aeronaves, generando incertidumbre en la fecha de inicio de operaciones programada para el 2 de Diciembre de 2023.

Dave Calhoun, Director de The Boeing Company, es el encargado de asesorar al equipo del Gobierno y claramente no podrá arrendarle los aviones a la nueva aerolínea por la falta del certificado de operador aéreo, herramienta necesaria para poder iniciar operaciones aerocomerciales.

El proceso de certificación va en marcha con las garantías financieras del Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior. Sin embargo, aún no se tiene conocimiento sobre la contratación de personal certificado por la OAC con cien horas de vuelo sumado a la certificación del personal de tierra.

Por su parte, la Secretaría de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes, tendrá que expedir la concesión a la nueva Mexicana de Aviación, pero la certificación jurídica que debe concederle la Secretaría de la Defensa, como operadora de la aerolínea, tiene que regirse por la Organización de Aviación Civil Internacional (OACI).

Aeropuertos y Servicios Auxiliares (ASA), un organismo descentralizado del Gobierno Federal, ha destinado MX$ 407 millones de Pesos Mexicanos de recursos fiscales para la adquisición de la marca de Mexicana de Aviación, las cuales aún no son entregadas a la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena) para reiniciar la aerolínea, ahora bajo la órbita del Estado.

COMAC entrega primeros ARJ21 cargueros

COMAC (China Commercial Aircraft Company Limited) ha anunciado el Lunes 30/10 el primer lote de dos aviones de carga convertidos a partir del avión de pasajeros ARJ21F.
