Flybondi nuevo destino a Mar del Plata

La aerolínea low-cost Flybondi anunció este Martes 31/10 que por primera vez tendrá rutas entre Buenos Aires y Mar del Plata para la temporada de verano 2024, iniciando las operaciones a partir del 1 de Enero de 2024 con cuatro frecuencias semanales los días Lunes, Miércoles, Viernes y Domingos saliendo desde Buenos Aires (AEP) a las 23:00, mientras que el regreso a las 00:20 hs. La conectividad aérea es vital porque más vuelos significan más turismo, y más turismo significa más laburo para los marplatenses”.

De este modo, Mar del Plata se convirtió en el 18° destino nacional con el que cuenta la aerolínea y el 21° en total, con el que se suma a Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Corrientes, Córdoba, Jujuy, Mendoza, Neuquén, Posadas, Iguazú, Salta, Santiago del Estero, Trelew, Tucumán, Puerto Madryn, Ushuaia, El Calafate y Comodoro Rivadavia. En las rutas internacionales, Flybondi suma tres rutas a Brasil en Río de Janeiro, São Paulo y Florianópolis, con la que contaba desde 2018 y regresó en 2021, tras la interrupción por la pandemia. Por el momento aún no hay planes para retomar los vuelos a Punta del Este, que también estaban disponibles durante el año pasado.

Flybondi fue fundada en 2016 y comenzó a operar el 26 de Enero de 2018. Inauguró en el país el segmento low cost de la industria impulsada por la gestión del Gobierno de Mauricio Macri con la Revolución de los Aviones con una política de impulso hacia el desarrollo del negocio de las aerolíneas de bajo costo. El Airbus A321neo representa una importante novedad para la aerolínea y su incorporación consolida aún más la estrategia de ITA Airways de disponer de una flota exclusivamente de all-Airbus.

Actualmente cuenta con 79 aviones e incluye la nueva generación A220, A320neo, A330neo y el A350. El A321neo es el miembro más grande de la familia A320neo de Airbus y ofrece una autonomía y prestaciones sin precedentes. Eficiente y silencioso, el nuevo A321neo consume un 22% menos de combustible y emisiones de CO2 por asiento y reduce en un 50% el impacto acústico respecto a los aviones de la generación anterior en su categoría. Es el primer avión de ITA Airways de fuselaje estrecho con una configuración de tres clases: Business (12 asientos), Premium Economy (12 asientos) y Economy (141 asientos de los cuales 12 están dedicados a Comfort Economy). El interior de la cabina, totalmente diseñado por Walter de Silva, transmite perfectamente la elegancia y el estilo italiano. ITA Airways has announced the addition of the first Airbus A321neo to its fleet. On October 26, 2023, the first Airbus A321neo to join the Italian company took off from the Airbus paint shop in Hamburg. ITA Airways will debut the A321neo to enter service at the end of 2023 to serve medium-haul routes. The new aircraft will increase capacities for the routes with the greatest demand.

Gobierno aprueba operaciones internacionales

El Gobierno de Pakistán ha aprobado a Fly Jinnah para comenzar los vuelos internacionales regulares. Los medios de comunicación paquistaníes informan que una reunión del Gabinete Federal la semana pasada aprobó la solicitud después de que asegurara el apoyo de la Autoridad de Aviación Civil de Pakistán (PCAA) y la oficina del Primer Ministro.

En Agosto 2023, la aerolínea respaldada por Air Arabia solicitó los derechos para operar vuelos a Afganistán, Azerbaiyán, Bangladesh, Irak, Malasia, Omán, Qatar, Arabia Saudita, Tailandia, Turquía y los Emiratos Árabes Unidos (EAU). A excepción de Azerbaiyán, los acuerdos de servicios aéreos existentes entre Pakistán y cada país permiten la existencia de múltiples operadores en los pares de países pertinentes.

FlyJinnah aún no ha revelado el mercado definido en la primera etapa, a excepción de Bangladesh, todos los pares de países tienen al menos un operador de pasajeros que los atiende y, en algunos casos, varios operadores.

Fly Jinnah international approvals

Government approves international operations

The Government of Pakistan has approved Fly Jinnah to start scheduled international flights. Pakistani media reports that a Federal Cabinet meeting last week approved the request after it secured support from the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) and the Prime Minister’s office.

In August 2023, the Air Arabia-backed airline applied for the rights to operate flights to Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Iraq, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). With the exception of Azerbaijan, existing air services agreements between Pakistan and each country allow for multiple operators in the relevant country pairs.

FlyJinnah is yet to reveal the defined market in the first stage, except for Bangladesh, all country pairs have at least one passenger operator serving them and in some cases multiple operators.

Fly Jinnah currently operates three Airbus A320-200s leased to five cities in Pakistan. The airline only obtained its operating permit in 2021 and began flying in late 2022. Pakistani aviation regulations require local airlines to operate successfully on domestic routes for at least twelve months before they can obtain permission to fly internationally.

Juneyao Airlines ha inaugurado el Martes 31/10 el servicio Zhengzhou/CGO—Milán/MXP, aterrizando en el Aeropuerto Malpensa una nueva conexión de vuelo directo entre China e Italia. Este modelo de avión incorpora las últimas tecnologías, incluidos los motores CFM International LEAP-1A de próxima generación para una mayor eficiencia y puntas de ala sharklet para una aerodinámica mejorada que, en conjunto, reducen el consumo de combustible y las emisiones de CO2 en al menos un 20%. The A320neo is part of Brussels Airlines’ fleet renewal strategy, which aims to take advantage of the most modern, technologically advanced, and efficient aircraft to achieve its ambitious sustainability goals. This aircraft model incorporates the latest technologies, including next-generation CFM International LEAP-1A engines for increased efficiency and sharklet wingtips for improved aerodynamics that together reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions by less 20%.
