Inauguración ruta transatlántica Roma—Rio de Janeiro

ITA Airways ha inaugurado una nueva ruta Roma/FCO—Río de Janeiro/GIG el 29 de Octubre de 2023 con una frecuencia diaria (1Frq/D) desde el Aeropuerto de Roma Fiumicino despegando a las 21:50 horas y arribando al Aeropuerto Internacional de Río de Janeiro a las 06:05 horas, hora local. El vuelo de retorno con salida desde Rio/Galeão (GIG) a las 15:45 y aterrizando en Roma Fiumicino (FCO) a las 06:45 a.m., hora local. El vuelo es operado con aeronaves modernas Airbus A330-900neo, completamente construido de acuerdo con el nuevo diseño de cabina de ITA Airways.

La muestra, que explora las interconexiones entre las dos ciudades en los campos de la historia, la cultura y el deporte, está realizada en colaboración con ANSA, la primera agencia de información italiana.

En la actual temporada de invierno 2023-2024, ITA Airways operará 52 destinos: 17 nacionales, 23 internacionales y 12 intercontinentales.
