Aeropuerto Rosario tendrá mangas de embarque
El Aeropuerto internacional Rosario (ROS) ha anunciado que arribaron las pasarelas telescópicas que darán respuesta a una demanda histórica de transporte aéreo en la región, lo que permitirá un aumento de mejora en los servicios aéreos de la aeroestación. El comunicado del Aeropuerto Rosario informó que en dos semanas se instalarían y estarían operativas en unos cuatro meses vista. Forman parte de la obra de la terminal flexible, que cuenta con un avance del 50 por ciento de las obras de ampliación de una de los aeropuertos con mayor demanda futura en la región y con emisiones de pasajes al exterior.
El Aeropuerto Rosario ha recibido las dos mandas telescópicas y comenzaron a instalarse en la nueva Terminal Nacional/Internacional, que darán respuesta a una demanda histórica en la nueva terminal flexible.
Las dos pasarelas telescópicas que en días de lluvias y tormentas cobrarán un rol fundamental para el descenso y ascenso de pasajeros a los aviones permitirán estar operativas en unos cuatro meses, ya que requieren diversas autorizaciones de organismos de control como la ANMAC, entre otros. “Esa obra culmina una obra mucho más grande. La llegada de las mangas es un hito, en pocos días estarán en funcionamiento. Todo esto se enlaza con la construcción de la terminal flexible, ya terminamos 5 mil metros cuadrados de planta baja y primer piso”, expresó Eduardo Romagnoli, Presidente del Aeropuerto Rosario, en diálogo con la emisora de televisión Telefe Rosario.
Las dos mangas de embarque facilitarán el acceso de los pasajeros a los aviones. 
Nueva Terminal
La nueva terminal flexible para pasajeros en Aeropuerto Internacional de Rosario/Islas Malvinas, también conocido como AIR, tiene por objetivo mejorar la infraestructura y los servicios que se brindan, fundamentalmente, a los pasajeros. Licitada el 22 de Diciembre de 2017, atravesó diferentes instancias y reestructuración en el marco de la pandemia. Consiste en la construcción de un edificio de 11.600 metros cuadrados localizado en el extremo norte de la terminal actual que adquiere su nombre como flexible por permitir tanto la atención de vuelos nacionales como internacionales.
El diseño se dimensionó para una capacidad máxima de 440 pasajeros con distintos niveles, previendo el arribo y la partida simultánea de dos aeronaves, considerando los estándares de IATA respecto a las medidas de los espacios y a la cantidad de equipamiento de inspección y control a proveer en cada sector.
“En el exterior está en un 50 por ciento la construcción de un techo de protección para los pasajeros. Es un techo voladizo de 40 metros que cubre las dos calles que pasan por el frente del aeropuerto, por eso los pasajeros que lleguen lo van a hacer protegidos”, explicó Eduardo Romagnoli.
La habilitación de la primera etapa, con un 50 por ciento de avance, comprende:
· La incorporación de dos pasarelas telescópicas (mangas) que facilitarán los embarques y desembarques de los pasajeros a las aeronaves.
· La construcción del alero o sector de resguardo en el ingreso de la terminal, que también protegerá el arribo del pasajero al frente de la terminal.
·La construcción de la estructura metálica y cierre perimetral del edificio completo mediante piel de vidrio y tabiquería.
Habilitación de 2/5 del edificio en 2 plantas o niveles, con todas las instalaciones correspondientes, que incluye: sector de arribos, 2 mangas, 1 pivot, cintas de equipajes, núcleo de circulación para funcionamiento flexible y otros rubros menores.
· El avance de la obra de la terminal flexible se complementa con el diseño de nuevas vías de circulación vehicular en todo el ingreso al aeropuerto para mejorar el diseño.

New Terminal
The new flexible passenger terminal at Rosario/Islas Malvinas International Airport, also known as AIR, aims to improve the infrastructure and services provided, fundamentally, to passengers. Tendered on December 22, 2017, it went through different stages and restructuring within the framework of the pandemic. It consists of the construction of an 11,600 square meter building located at the north end of the current terminal that acquires its name as flexible because it allows the service of both national and international flights.
The design was sized for a maximum capacity of 440 passengers with different levels, providing for the simultaneous arrival and departure of two aircraft, considering IATA standards regarding space measurements and the amount of inspection and control equipment to be provided in each sector.
“On the outside, 50 percent of the construction of a protective roof for passengers is underway. It is a 40-meter cantilever roof that covers the two streets that pass in front of the airport, so arriving passengers will use it. make protected people”, explained Eduardo Romagnoli.
The authorization of the first stage, with 50 percent progress, includes:
· The incorporation of two telescopic walkways (sleeves) that will facilitate the boarding and disembarking of passengers to the aircraft.
· The construction of the eaves or protection sector at the entrance to the terminal, which will also protect the arrival of the passengers at the front of the terminal.
·The construction of the metal structure and perimeter closure of the entire building using glass skin and partitions.
Accommodation of 2/5 of the building on 2 floors or levels, with all the corresponding facilities, which includes: arrivals sector, 2 sleeves, 1 pivot, luggage carousels, circulation core for flexible operation, and other minor items.
· The progress of the work on the flexible terminal is complemented by the design of new vehicular circulation lanes throughout the entrance to the airport to improve the design.
