Ley de Bases posibilitará la privatización de Aerolíneas Argentinas

La Ley de Bases impulsada por el actual Gobierno de Argentina ha obtenido media sanción y los capítulos aprobados por la Cámara de Diputados habilitó la posibilidad de privatizar la línea aérea entre otras empresas nacionales.

La posible privatización de Aerolíneas Argentinas e Intercargo ha generado una ola de preocupación entre el personal aeronáutico y diversos sectores de la sociedad. Pablo Armanino, Pro-secretario del Interior de la Asociación del Personal Aeronáutico (APA), ha advertido sobre las graves consecuencias que esta medida podría acarrear, especialmente para quince provincias que podrían quedar sin conexiones aéreas.

Desde el sector aeronáutico se han encendido las voces de reclamos. En el caso del Pro-secretario del Interior de la Asociación de Personal Aeronáutico ha explicado que «estamos en una permanente lucha, ya que van a desconectar por lo menos a 15 provincias». Entre los destinos afectados se encuentran provincias donde Aerolíneas Argentinas es la única opción de transporte aéreo, facilitando el traslado de suministros médicos vitales y servicios esenciales. Armanino cuestionó si el mercado privado tendría interés en mantener estas rutas deficitarias y si las empresas de bajo costo llegarían a destinos menos rentables. Las provincias que podrían quedar sin servicios están: Formosa, Chaco, La Rioja, Catamarca.

El Pro-secretario enfatiza: «Esta empresa le genera US$ 6.600 millones de Dólares por año al PBI de la República Argentina». Además, dice que la transportadora es responsable de trasladar a los diputados y senadores cuando tienen que sesionar en el Congreso de la Nación: «Lo que están haciendo es muy grave pero todavía hay tiempo de enmedar este error que es uno de los más grandes que se haya visto en los últimos treinta años», remarca Juan Pablo Armanino.

Ley de Bases
La Cámara de Diputados de Argentina aprobó en general la Ley Bases impulsada por el Gobierno de Javier Milei tras una serie de modificaciones al proyecto original. El oficialismo contó el apoyo del radicalismo, el PRO y Hacemos Coalición Federal (HCF) y llegó a 142 votos afirmativos, con 106 en contra Unión por la Patria y el FIT, y 6 abstenciones. Alcanzó media sanción, y ahora irá a la Cámara de Senadores para su aprobación completa.

El listado final de privatizaciones será: Aerolíneas Argentinas, AYSA, Energía Argentina, Radio y Televisión Argentina, Intercargo, Correo Argentino, Belgrano Cargas, Ferrocarriles Argentinos y Corredores Viales. Nucleoléctrica y Yacimientos Carboníferos Río Turbio, estarán sujetas a privatización parcial.

Hacia el «Pacto de Mayo»
Tras el debate de la Ley Bases el foco estará en el «Pacto de Mayo» que propuso el Presidente Javier Milei en la apertura de sesiones ordinarias, para establecer un «nuevo orden económico argentino», que se firmará el Sábado, 25 de Mayo de 2024, en la Ciudad de Córdoba.

The possible privatization of Aerolíneas Argentinas and Intercargo has generated a wave of concern among aeronautical personnel and various sectors of society. Armanino questioned whether the private market would have an interest in maintaining these loss-making routes and whether low-cost companies would reach less profitable destinations. The provinces that could be left without services are Formosa, Chaco, La Rioja, and Catamarca.

The Pro-secretary emphasizes: «This company generates US$ 6.6 billion dollars per year to the GDP of the Argentine Republic». In addition, he says that the transport company is responsible for transporting deputies and senators when they have to meet in the National Congress: «What they are doing is very serious but there is still time to correct this error, which is one of the biggest that has been seen in the last thirty years», remarks Juan Pablo Armanino.

After the debate on the Base Law, the focus will be on the «May Pact» proposed by President Javier Milei at the opening of ordinary sessions, to establish a «new Argentine economic order», which will be signed on Saturday, May 25, 2024, in the City of Córdoba.
