El Procurador General de la Unión respalda el acuerdo entre Boeing y Embraer

La Procuraduría General de la Unión (AGU) ha informado el Viernes 29/11 en un comunicado a la Corte Suprema Federal (STF) de Brasil que la adquisición de Boeing de la división comercial de Embraer no viola la soberanía nacional y que el derecho de veto que el gobierno brasileño tiene sobre los negocios es una opción, no una obligación. La manifestación de la AGU se produjo después de que el PDT, el partido de Ciro Gomes, el candidato derrotado para la Presidencia de la República, afirmó que el acuerdo perjudicaba la soberanía brasileña y solicitó la anulación de las actas de la asamblea al Supremo.

La Oficina del Fiscal General de la AGU dio el visto bueno al acuerdo en el que Boeing selló la compra de la división comercial de Embraer, anunciada a principios de esta semana. La AGU informó que la transacción no perjudica la soberanía nacional y que el gobierno tiene la opción, pero no la obligación de vetar el acuerdo. “En el caso del archivo del caso, hay muchas pruebas de que la decisión se tomó de manera absolutamente informada, después de consultar con los organismos públicos competentes para dar su opinión sobre el asunto, lo que indica una evaluación responsable de la conveniencia de no ejercer el veto”, dijo el comunicado. La AGU consultó al Comando de la Fuerza Aérea, a la Secretaría del Tesoro Nacional, a la Secretaría de la Procuraduría General del Tesoro Nacional y a la Secretaría Especial de Finanzas y les autorizó expresamente.

O Gabinete do Procurador Geral da AGU aprovou o acordo em que a Boeing selou a compra da divisão comercial da Embraer, anunciada no início desta semana. A AGU informou que a transação não prejudica a soberania nacional e que o governo tem a opção, mas não a obrigação de vetar o acordo. “No caso dos autos, há muitas evidências de que a decisão foi tomada de maneira absolutamente informada, após consulta aos órgãos públicos competentes para opinar sobre o assunto, indicando uma avaliação responsável da conveniência de não exercer o veto”, afirmou o comunicado. A AGU consultou o Comando da Força Aérea, o Secretariado do Tesouro Nacional, o Secretariado do Gabinete do Procurador Geral do Tesouro Nacional e o Secretariado Especial de Finanças e os autorizou expressamente.

Alemania inaugura nuevo Aeropuerto Berlín

El nuevo Aeropuerto Berlin Brandenburg Willy Brandt ubicado a las afueras de los límites de la ciudad en la Provincia de Brandeburgo, República de Alemania se inauguará el 31 Octubre 2020. Esta fecha oficial de apertura fue anunciada por el CEO del aeropuerto, Engelbert Lütke Daldrup.

La fiesta de inauguración será modesta para el Aeropuerto de Berlín, debido a los largos retrasos durante su construcción. Hace ocho años, estaba proyectado que el aeropuerto debía ser inaugurado. La aerolínea nacional más grande de Brasil, Gol Linhas Aéreas, anuncia hoy el lanzamiento de Gol Aerotech, una nueva unidad de negocios especializada en mantenimiento, reparación, revisión de aeronaves y componentes (MRO). Por primera vez, la compañía ofrece su experiencia en estos servicios a aerolíneas de todo el mundo, generando nuevos ingresos. El Centro de Mantenimiento de Aeronaves (CMA) está ubicado en Confins (MG) y ofrece su experiencia en servicios para satisfacer la demanda externa de otras compañías. Air Baltic toma entrega del Airbus A220-300 número 100

Airbus celebró el 100° avión A220 producido para un cliente durante una ceremonia en la sede del programa de aeronaves en Mirabel, Canadá. El avión, un A220-300, destinado a la aerolínea AirBaltic con sede en Letonia, presenta un diseño de cabina nuevo y cómodo con 149 asientos más una librea retocada.

El Black Friday es quizás el día más famoso e históricamente importante del año para los minoristas estadounidenses. Las principales aerolíneas como Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, United Airlines, Emirates Airline, Norwegian Air, Qatar Airways, Singapur Airlines, British Airways, Alaska Airlines, EasyJet, JetBlue Airways, Ryanair, Aerolíneas Argentinas y muchas más, publiquen vuelos con descuento y paquetes de vacaciones con ofertas de Black Friday y Cyber Monday.

Origen del Black Friday

El “Black Friday” se ha instalado definitivamente en el mundo. Su origen está muy ligado a la tradición de Acción de Gracias, que se celebra el cuarto Jueves de cada mes de Noviembre en Estados Unidos. Se levantó el paro de operaciones de la ANAC proyectado para 29/11 en los aeropuertos de Argentina

La medida de fuerza anunciada para este Viernes 29/11 por los operarios que realizan el Control en Tierra de las aeronaves quedó momentáneamente sin efecto. Los trabajadores de la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) habían anunciado para este Viernes 29/11 la realización de un paro que afectaba las operaciones en más de 20 aeropuertos del país. “Se puede generar el colapso de los aeropuertos. De todos modos, habrá asambleas durante el viernes, aunque se espera que no afecten el normal desarrollo de la actividad en los aeropuertos.

El conflicto

Marcelo Belelli explicó que la protesta se produce ante una frustrada negociación salarial con las autoridades de la ANAC Argentina y ante el ajuste y el achiquede la estructura del organismo.
