Coloquio de Política Aeronáutica Nacional Argentina

El Centro de Instrucción de Aeronáutica Civil (CIAC-UNTREF) organiza el coloquio Política Aeronáutica Nacional Argentina: “Bases del presente para los desafíos del mañana”, con la participación de destacados actores del espacio aeronáutico local para promover el intercambio de conocimientos y experiencias en diferentes áreas relacionadas con la aviación civil. La actividad tendrá lugar el Martes 7 de Junio, de 09:00 a 15:30 horas, en la Sede Rectorado. El cupo es limitado y quienes estén interesados deben inscribirse, gratuitamente, en ciac@untref.edu.ar.

El coloquio comenzará con las palabras de la Lic. Paola Tamburelli, Administradora Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC). Ella analizará los desafíos que enfrenta la aviación en términos de infraestructura, sistemas y normativas en el contexto pospandémico, en una mesa con la moderación del Dr. Pablo Jacoviks, Secretario de Investigación y Desarrollo de la UNTREF. El Ing. Esteban Maddonni, Director Nacional de Investigación de Sucesos Aeronáuticos de la Junta de Seguridad en el Transporte de la Nación (JST), moderado por el Dr. Lisandro López Piñeyro (Director del Centro de Capacitación de la JST), disertará sobre seguridad operacional en el transporte aéreo. Por su parte, Gabriela Logatto de la Empresa Argentina de Navegación Aérea (EANA) expondrá sobre planificación, dirección, coordinación y administración del tránsito aéreo, servicios de telecomunicaciones e información aeronáutica de las instalaciones, infraestructuras y redes de comunicaciones del sistema de navegación aérea.

La Asociación de Transporte Aéreo Internacional (IATA) y el Consejo Internacional de Aeropuertos (ACI) abordarán la problemática de la infraestructura, los servicios y la logística aeroportuaria, en mesa que contará con la participación del Ing. Pablo Manuel Fernández Fayolle, Presidente de Intercargo, y de la Dra. Pilar Becerra, primera Vocal del Directorio, Organismo Regulador del Sistema Nacional de Aeropuertos (ORSNA). Serán moderados por el Dr. Gustavo Lipovich, vicepresidente de Aerolíneas Argentinas. El Comandante Pablo Biro, Secretario General Asociación Pilotos Líneas Aéreas, (APLA), moderado por el Lic. Pablo Salort, coordinador del Centro de Instrucción de Aviación Civil (CIAC–UNTREF), hablará sobre la formación profesional de pilotos civiles y la necesidad de una carrera de grado en aviación civil. Las palabras de cierre estarán a cargo del rector Martín Kaufmann.

Argentinian National Aviation Policy Colloquium

The Civil Aeronautics Instruction Center (CIAC-UNTREF) organizes the Argentine National Aeronautical Policy colloquium: “Bases of the present for the challenges of tomorrow”, with the participation of prominent actors from the local aeronautical space to promote the exchange of knowledge and experiences in different areas related to civil aviation. The colloquium will begin with the words of Lic. Paola Tamburelli, National Civil Aviation Administrator (ANAC). Schauinsland convierte accionista mayoritario de dos aerolíneas

Schauinsland Reisen ha anunciado que se ha convertido en la principal propietaria de la aerolínea Sundair, de la que poseía un 49% desde que fue fundada en 2016. En un comunicado, la compañía de Duisburgo destaca que también se convierte en el accionista mayoritario de la aerolínea hermana croata FlyAir41. “Podemos asegurar aún más capacidad en el mercado, reaccionar rápidamente a las eventualidades en cualquier momento y aprovechar sinergias. Creemos en ambas marcas y nos gustaría afianzarlas aún más firmemente en el mercado. Destaca que con este movimiento asumen más responsabilidad y, simultáneamente, fortalecen su propia posición en el mercado. Aseguraremos aún más capacidad en el mercado”, afirma su CEO y Director Gerente de Schauinsland, Gerald Kassner

El grupo está compuesto por Sundair (2016) y FlyAir41 (2021), que con su flota de nueve aviones, cinco A320 (5) y cuatro A319 (4), operan vuelos vacacionales desde Berlín Brandenburgo, Kassel, Dresden, Bremen y Lübeck a los principales destinos vacacionales del Mediterráneo, el Mar Rojo y las Islas Canarias.

“Al unirnos a Sundair y FlyAir41 podemos asegurar aún más capacidad en el mercado, reaccionar rápidamente a las eventualidades en cualquier momento y aprovechar las sinergias en la planificación conjunta de vuelos. En el futuro, también podrán atender más nichos de mercado si es necesario”, explica Gerald Kassner.

Desde el grupo turístico de Duisburgo, Alemania, lanzan un mensaje de confianza para el resto de los operadores que tenían acuerdos y vuelos programados con Sundair: “Continuarán como de costumbre”. También han lanzado un mensaje de confianza y apoyo al CEO, Marcos Rosello y al resto del equipo de la aerolínea, que recientemente superó una reestructuración bajo un proceso de escudo protector.

Schauinsland Reisen es uno de los grupos turísticos más importantes de Alemania, con 1,7 millones de clientes y una facturación € 1.860 millones de Euros. Además de la participación en Sundair, posee hoteles y agencias de viajes propias. Se trata de una compañía centenaria de tamaño medio con una plantilla de 480 empleados.

Demoras en Aeroparque con varios vuelos afectados
Dictaron conciliación obligatoria

En el día Miércoles 24/05 hubo demoras en el transporte aéreo a raíz que un paro de maleteros. Varios vuelos han sido demorados en el Aeropuerto Buenos Aires/Jorge Newbery/AEP. Como consecuencia de la acción sindical con formato de asamblea con permanencia en el lugar de trabajo de la compañía prestadora Intercargo, empresa que presta servicios internos. Se registran inconvenientes desde pasado el mediodía del Miércoles 24/05 y los retrasos perjudicaron a las rutas domésticas.

La compañía Flybondi ha expresado al diario La Nación: “En estos momentos en Aeroparque se está realización una medida gremial de la empresa Intercargo que afecta el servicio de Flybondi. Estamos sufriendo demoras por esta causa externa a la compañía. Lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas a nuestros pasajeros y esperamos que se resuelva a la brevedad”. JetSMART Airlines Argentina ha comunicado que no había tenido demoras significativas. Aerolíneas Argentinas comunicó que sus demoras son derivadas del pronóstico del tiempo y no por la asamblea de los gremialistas, porque la compañía posee su propia empresa prestadora conocida como Aerohandling.

La situación comenzó a normalizarse porque el Ministerio de Trabajo dictó la Conciliación Obligatoria. Pero la programación de los vuelos también repercutieron por las condiciones meteorológicas imperantes en varios sectores del país.

El Ministerio de Trabajo dictó esta tarde la conciliación obligatoria con una resolución de tres páginas. Según dice el texto, en circunstancias como la presente, “debe otorgarse especial consideración al interés general como principio rector de las relaciones desarrolladas en la materia y por cuya protección esta administración debe velar. En este sentido, y por imperio de lo establecido constitucionalmente a partir de la reforma del año 1994, los derechos colectivos del trabajo fundamentales y los de protección al conjunto de la comunidad deben ser interpretados armónicamente. Es menester destacar que el procedimiento que establece la Ley para la negociación colectiva y conflictos colectivos es competencia del Ministerio”, explica el documento emitido por la cartera de Trabajo.

“Que el régimen previsto en la Ley N° 14.786 representa un procedimiento especial creado para solucionar conflictos colectivos de trabajo y, dada la celeridad exigida por los plazos perentorios allí indicados para solucionar el diferendo, no contempla planteos dilatorios ni evasivos. Que al respecto debe dejarse claramente sentado, que el objetivo primordial de dicho procedimiento no sólo es tratar de avenir a las partes para que lleguen a un acuerdo que solucione el conflicto de origen sino, y en primer término, garantizar la paz social atendiendo a la necesidad pública de contrarrestar eventuales desbordes que pudieran suscitar las acciones de las partes. […] Que atento lo expuesto, y, en salvaguarda del interés público que podría verse afectado, se estima pertinente encuadrar el presente conflicto en los términos y alcances de la Ley N° 14.786″, expresa el documento, resolviendo obligar a las partes a sentarse a negociar.

Air Corporate ordena 43 helicópteros Airbus en EBACE 2023

El principal operador italiano de aviación de negocios, Air Corporate, ha realizado un pedido en firme de 43 helicópteros a Airbus el último día de la feria EBACE 2023. Los helicópteros incluyen cuarenta helicópteros monomotor H125/H130 (40) más tres ACH160 (3) de Airbus Corporate Helicopters en configuración Line con el paquete Lounge para agregar a los dos ACH160 que ya están pedidos. El contrato es el mayor pedido de helicópteros comerciales registrado por Airbus en Italia y verá los helicópteros entregados en los próximos años para una variedad de servicios de pasajeros privados y de negocios, así como para operaciones de servicios públicos.

Alianza para desarrollo tecnológico-comercial

Leonardo y Weststar Aviation Services de Malaysia celebraron acuerdos de desarrollo tecnológico y comercial y un importante hito en sostenibilidad. Weststar introducirá el rotor basculante AW609 en Malasia mediante la operación de un avión en virtud de un contrato de arrendamiento. La aeronave se utilizará para llevar a cabo una variedad de roles y misiones en el país, apoyando un mayor desarrollo de sus capacidades operativas adaptadas a los requisitos y expectativas específicos del mercado regional. Leonardo proporcionará capacitación inicial y soporte de mantenimiento, con actividades de demostración planificadas por los socios durante la fase de desarrollo de capacidades. Este último logro para el programa AW609, el primer motor basculante polivalente del mundo diseñado para obtener la certificación civil, marca la entrada del nuevo tipo en el Sudeste Asiático.

Además de este importante anuncio de colaboración en el desarrollo de capacidades revolucionarias de aeronaves de rotor, Weststar firmó un contrato por otros cinco helicópteros gemelos intermedios AW139 en configuración offshore. Este movimiento reforzará el nivel de apoyo prestado por Weststar a la industria energética regional con el superventas del mercado mundial en su clase.

El 22 de Mayo de 2023, un AW139 de Weststar en configuración VIP alcanzó un hito importante en materia de sostenibilidad al realizar el primer vuelo de demostración con SAF (combustible de aviación sostenible) en Malasia, despegando del Aeropuerto de Subang (sede de Leonardo en Malasia) con destino a la feria LIMA 2023. El combustible SAF fue suministrado por PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (PDB) en colaboración con Neste, el principal productor mundial de SAF. El vuelo con SAF en operaciones reales fue el primero de helicópteros realizado en Malasia y demostró la capacidad de Leonardo para reducir el impacto de la aviación en las emisiones mundiales de carbono en todas las zonas geográficas.

The key findings of Cascade evaluations include: The trip to zero net depends on the general energy transition. Either using sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), hydrogen, or electricity, energy and emissions associated with fuel production, distribution, and storage should be minimized to achieve the most sustainable result. SAF will be the largest taxpayer to reduce carbon emissions because it can be used in commercial airplanes that fly today, both new and old. Since many planes that fly today will be in service and even beyond the 2040s, it is imperative to reduce their emissions with SAF. Although electrical and potentially driven by hydrogen aircraft will arise in the coming decades, their contribution to emission reduction will probably be limited until 2050 due to long deadlines for development and deployment and the magnitude of related infrastructure changes for airports and pipes. The renewal of fleets with the best aircraft of their class and low fuel consumption will significantly reduce emissions in the coming years.

“Cascade helps airline operators, industry partners, and policy formulators to see when, where, and how different fuel sources affect their sustainability objectives. Embraer E175 debuta en India
