Inauguración vuelo Tucumán—Punta Cana

Aerolíneas Argentinas ha inaugurado el Domingo 05/01 desde el Aeropuerto Internacional Tucumán/Teniente Benjamín Matienzo (TUC), que sirve a San Miguel de Tucumán, volvió a recibir vuelos internacionales al conectar el destino Punta Cana (PUJ), República Dominicana.

El vuelo, AR1338, partió a las 16:54 horas con 128 pasajeros en un Boeing 737-8 MAX configurado para 170 asientos, divididos en 8 asientos en Club Cóndor y 162 en Económica. En sentido inverso, el vuelo AR1339, aterrizó el 06/01 en Tucumán con 75 pasajeros. La nueva ruta tendrá una oferta de 17.680 asientos en 2025.

En Noviembre 2024 la compañía aérea había anunciado los vuelos durante todo el año, aprovechando la alta demanda hacia el Caribe en República Dominicana. El Aeropuerto Internacional Rosario se ha sumado a los destinos internacionales operando a partir del 7 de Enero la ruta Rosario/ROS—Punta Cana/PUJ con una frecuencia semanal, empleando aeronaves Boeing 737-8 MAX en su destino al Caribe.

On Sunday 05/01, Aerolíneas Argentinas inaugurated international flights again from the Tucumán/Teniente Benjamín Matienzo International Airport (TUC), which serves San Miguel de Tucumán, connecting the destination to Punta Cana (PUJ), Dominican Republic.

The flight, AR1338, departed at 16:54 hours with 128 passengers on a Boeing 737-8 MAX configured for 170 seats, divided into 8 seats in Club Cóndor and 162 in Economy. In the opposite direction, flight AR1339 landed on 06/01 in Tucumán with 75 passengers. The new route will have an offer of 17,680 seats in 2025.

In November 2024, the airline had announced flights throughout the year, taking advantage of the high demand to the Caribbean in the Dominican Republic. Rosario International Airport has joined the international destinations by operating the Rosario/ROS—Punta Cana/PUJ route as of January 7 with a weekly frequency, using Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft on its Caribbean destination.
