Aerolíneas paraguayas vuelos internos en territorio de Argentina

Las aerolíneas paraguayas han solicitado pista para hacer vuelos en territorio argentino como parte de la desregulación aérea en el país. El proceso de Cielos Abierto continúa estimulando la pluralidad en un mercado más competitivo. Las líneas aéreas de Paraguay podrán iniciar el proceso de Certificación de Operador Aéreo (AOC) en Argentina incorporándose como nuevos operadores domésticos. Esto permitirá a las compañías aéreas competir en el mercado de cabotaje con las aerolíneas, y permitir mayor integración con Paraguay y Sudamérica.

Paraguay se sumó a la política de Cielos Abiertos impulsado por el Gobierno de Argentina y mediante un acuerdo liderado por la Dirección Nacional de Aeronáutica Civil (DINAC) de Paraguay se desregula el sector aéreo, que promete ventajas para ambos países.

El Director de Aeronáutica de la DINAC, José Luis Chávez, explicó el alcance del convenio que permite vuelos de cabotaje de las líneas aéreas del otro Estado, tanto de pasajeros como de cargas, así como la adopción de un sistema de frecuencias ilimitado. “Habilita a las empresas paraguayas a realizar vuelos de cabotaje dentro del territorio argentino, sin que ese vuelo parta desde Paraguay, la misma oportunidad tendrán las empresas argentinas que deseen hacer lo mismo en nuestro territorio”, expresó José Chávez.

El Director de la DINAC ha dicho de los beneficios que tendrán las compañías aéreas paraguayas como Paranair y LATAM Paraguay. A partir del presente, estas aerolíneas podrán volar desde cualquier punto del país, hacer vuelos internos en Argentina, sin necesidad de despegar desde Paraguay. “Es muy importante, porque desregula un poco la situación que anteriormente se estaban dando a través de tratados bilaterales. Se fijaba la cantidad de vuelos, los puntos, hoy con este acuerdo, se libera todo eso, se amplía la posibilidad de vuelos entre Argentina y Paraguay, queda libre, no hay alguna restricción, pueden volar las veces que soliciten, también las empresas paraguayas pueden aumentar su capacidad de vuelo hacia la Argentina, y eso hace que sea para el turismo especialmente bastante interesante y también para atraer inversiones al país”, expresó José Chávez acerca de los beneficios de la desregulación aérea en Argentina

El acuerdo de Cielos Abierto permitirá estimular la industria del transporte aéreo com más ofertas, a la vez que permitiría alcanzar valores de pasajes más competitivos para el sector de las líneas aéreas y una mayor oferta de vuelos y destinos. Aunque las tarifas dependen de la oferta y la demanda, para Chávez existe la posibilidad de que bajen los costos de pasajes a medida que el servicio gane competitividad. Estos cambios alentarán el tráfico de pasajeros entre Paraguay y Argentina entre los aeropuertos Silvio Pettirossi (ASU) y Guaraní (AGT), en Minga Guazú.

The Open Skies agreement will allow the stimulation of the air transport industry with more offers, while allowing for more competitive ticket prices for the airline sector and a greater offer of flights and destinations. Although the rates depend on supply and demand, for Chávez there is the possibility that ticket costs will go down as the service gains competitiveness. These changes will encourage passenger traffic between Paraguay and Argentina between the Silvio Pettirossi (ASU) and Guaraní (AGT) airports in Minga Guazú.
