Lanzamiento ruta entre Curazao y Fort Lauderdale Diciembre 2024

Azul Linhas Aéreas ha anunciado que se encuentra lanzando un servicio de quinta libertad entre Fort Lauderdale (FLL) y Curazao (CUR) en aeronaves Airbus A320neo. La ruta será un complemento de Belo Horizonte a Curazao. Esto ofrece una opción de vacaciones única para que los turistas visiten Curazao y luego compren en Fort Lauderdale.

La ruta Belo Horizonte/CNF—Curazao/CUR—Fort Lauderdale/FLL se inaugurará el 9 de Diciembre de 2024 con cuatro frecuencias semanales (4Frq/S) los Lunes, Miércoles, Viernes y Sábados en aviones A320neo. La ruta permitirá beneficiarse del acuerdo de quinta libertad que enlazará Brasil con el Caribe holandés y la ciudad del Estado de Florida.

El nuevo vuelo duplicará las conexiones actuales entre el Aeropuerto Internacional de Belo Horizonte/Confins-Tancredo Neves (CNF), Brasil, y el Aeropuerto Internacional de Curazao (CUR), aumentando de dos a cuatro vuelos por semana. Como resultado, habrá vuelos al Aeropuerto Internacional de Fort Lauderdale Hollywood (FLL).

Azul inició la ruta entre Belo Horizonte y Curazao en Junio 2023, con solo una frecuencia semanal. Para Octubre de 2023, esto se incrementó a dos vuelos por semana y ha visto un buen nivel de demanda. La Junta de Turismo de Curazao (CTB), Curaçao Airport Partners (CAP), Curaçao Airport Holding (CAH) y la Asociación de Hospitalidad y Turismo de Curazao (CHATA) han respaldado firmemente el éxito de la ruta.

El Gerente de Relaciones Institucionales de Azul, César Grandolfo, indicó que el aumento de los servicios es resultado de una fuerte demanda: «Curazao ya es un destino vacacional muy deseado; Es una isla con un clima agradable y se puede visitar en cualquier época del año. Ahora, además, incluiremos una conexión con el vuelo, lo que permitirá, por ejemplo, a los turistas visitar Curazao y luego ir de compras a Fort Lauderdale con el mismo boleto».

Si bien la introducción de esta ruta reducirá los servicios directos de Belo Horizonte a Fort Lauderdale y disminuirá la capacidad del Airbus A330neo al A320neo, el horario general aumentará de dos servicios semanales a seis, cuatro de los cuales son vía Williemstad, Curazao.

Azul Linhas Aéreas ha informado que se encuentran disponibles la venta de pasajes aéreos en la web de Azul, agente de viajes. La ruta entre América del Sur el Caribe y Estados Unidos permitirá brindar nuevas oportunidades para los usuarios del transporte aéreo que deseen visitar estos destinos de manera más directa y rápida.

Azul Linhas Aéreas has announced that it is launching a fifth freedom service between Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and Curacao (CUR) on Airbus A320neo aircraft. The route will be a complement to Belo Horizonte to Curacao. This offers a unique holiday option for tourists to visit Curacao and then shop in Fort Lauderdale.

The Belo Horizonte/CNF—Curacao/CUR—Fort Lauderdale/FLL route will be inaugurated on December 9, 2024 with four weekly frequencies (4Frq/S) on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays on A320neo aircraft. The route will allow to benefit from the fifth freedom agreement that will link Brazil with the Dutch Caribbean and the city in the State of Florida.

The new flight will double the current connections between Belo Horizonte/Confins-Tancredo Neves International Airport (CNF), Brazil, and Curaçao International Airport (CUR), increasing from two to four flights per week. As a result, there will be flights to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport (FLL).

Azul started the route between Belo Horizonte and Curaçao in June 2023, with only one weekly frequency. By October 2023, this was increased to two flights per week and has seen a good level of demand. The Curaçao Tourist Board (CTB), Curaçao Airport Partners (CAP), Curaçao Airport Holding (CAH) and the Curaçao Hospitality and Tourism Association (CHATA) have strongly supported the success of the route.

Azul’s Institutional Relations Manager, César Grandolfo, indicated that the increase in services is the result of strong demand: «Curaçao is already a highly sought-after holiday destination; it is an island with a pleasant climate and can be visited at any time of the year. Now, in addition, we will include a connection with the flight, which will allow, for example, tourists to visit Curaçao and then go shopping in Fort Lauderdale with the same ticket».

While the introduction of this route will reduce direct services from Belo Horizonte to Fort Lauderdale and decrease the capacity of the Airbus A330neo to A320neo, the general schedule will increase from two weekly services to six, four of which are via Williemstad, Curacao.

Azul Linhas Aéreas has reported that airline tickets are available for sale on the Azul travel agent website. The route between South America, the Caribbean and the United States will provide new opportunities for air transport users who wish to visit these destinations in a more direct and faster manner.
