Segundo aniversario continua expansión

Arajet, la aerolínea lowcost de República Dominicana está conmemorando su segundo aniversario de operaciones el próximo 15 de Septiembre de 2024 y para esto iniciaron el mes con una promoción especial para premiar todos sus usuarios y viajeros del continente con vuelos desde US$ 2 Dólares.

Victor Pacheco, CEO y fundador de Arajet resaltó que el objetivo de la línea aérea es contribuir a que la aviación comercial sea más accesible para una mayor cantidad de personas al eliminar las barreras económicas que históricamente han restringido la movilidad aérea para que todos los que deseen viajar puedan hacerlo.

“Arajet está de fiesta en este aniversario y nos alegra celebrarlo con la gente, creemos firmemente en la democratización de los cielos, para que nadie se quede sin volar y continuaremos expandiéndonos en el continente aumentando nuestra red de destinos, frecuencias y flotilla de aeronaves”, expresó Pacheco Méndez.

Destacaron que esta campaña aniversaria es un gesto de agradecimiento a los más de 1.3 millones de pasajeros que la han preferido como su medio de transporte y para todo aquel que desee viajar en sus nuevas y modernas aeronaves, seguros, al mejor precio y con los más altos estándares de calidad mundial. Según explicaron en un comunicado de prensa, esta promoción estará disponible con precios a partir de US$ 2 Dólares por trayecto y sin impuestos incluidos y aplica para los 23 destinos en los 16 países donde opera, así como a las más de 200 combinaciones de conexiones que ofrece. Esta tarifa especial estará disponible del 01 al 15 de Septiembre de 2024, para una cantidad limitada de asientos en cada vuelo ofrecido por Arajet durante el período promocional. Aplica para el paquete de tarifa Smart, para viajar desde el 01 de octubre 2024 hasta el 30 de Junio 2025.

Acuerdos Dominicana-Bolivia
Las Repúblicas de Bolivia y Dominicana anunciaron la eliminación de los requisitos de visado entre ambos países con el objetivo de establecer nuevas rutas aéreas, aumentar el tráfico de pasajeros y el intercambio turísticos. El acuerdo busca fortalecer los lazos entre Bolivia y República Dominicana con la integración y cooperación con los países de América Latina y el Caribe.

“A partir del 2 de Septiembre de 2024, los ciudadanos dominicanos podrán ingresar a Bolivia sin la necesidad de tramitar visa para turismo. Esto se hace en el marco de la reciprocidad, pues los ciudadanos bolivianos ya ingresaban sin visa a República Dominicana”, informó Fernando Pérez Cárdenas, Viceministro de Gestión Consular e Institucional de Bolivia.

Perspectivas Arajet
A partir de 2025 los vuelos hacia Estados Unidos van a tener una opción más y con menor costo. Las aerolíneas que vuelan desde Argentina hacia Estados Unidos son Aerolíneas Argentinas, American Airlines, Delta, United, Copa Airlines, Avianca Airlines y LATAM Airlines. Sin embargo, esta low cost va a sumar una ruta hacia dicho país con precios inmejorables.

«Empezamos con tres frecuencias semanales en la ruta Buenos Aires (EZE) y Las Américas/Santo Domingo (SDQ) y ya tenemos seis. Desde la Argentina se puede conectar a 14 destinos como Canadá, México y otros sitios de Centroamérica, con una conexión de dos horas. El año que viene vamos a sumar más vuelos. Para 2030 esperamos llegar a 17 destinos desde el país», expresó Víctor Pacheco Méndez, fundador y CEO de Arajet.

Arajet ha continuado alcanzando récords de pasajeros transportados para una aerolínea de República Dominicana, con una flota de 10 aviones Boeing 737-8 MAX, una de las más modernas y eficientes del mundo. Además, es la segunda aerolínea que más pasajeros transporta en el Aeropuerto Internacional Las Américas y fue reconocida como la mejor nueva aerolínea del mundo en los CAPA Awards 2023.

Dominican-Bolivia Agreements
The Republics of Bolivia and the Dominican Republic announced the elimination of visa requirements between both countries with the aim of establishing new air routes, increasing passenger traffic and tourist exchange. The agreement seeks to strengthen ties between Bolivia and the Dominican Republic with integration and cooperation with the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean.

“As of September 2, 2024, Dominican citizens will be able to enter Bolivia without the need to process a tourist visa. This is done within the framework of reciprocity, since Bolivian citizens already entered the Dominican Republic without a visa”, reported Fernando Pérez Cárdenas, Vice Minister of Consular and Institutional Management of Bolivia.
