Nueva acción gremial para Viernes 13/09
Compañía aérea despide a tres pilotos por incumplimiento

En medio del conflicto gremial que afronta el sector aeronáutico, desde Aerolíneas Argentinas informaron el despido de tres pilotos que se negaron el Miércoles 11/09 a efectuar un vuelo programado en una aeronave Embraer E190, tras acatar un mandato de la Asociación de Pilotos de Líneas Aéreas (APLA). Desde la empresa estatal informaron que las desvinculaciones responden a una «inconducta laboral grave”. La decisión de la línea aérea se da tras el paro impulsado el Viernes 06/09, adhiriéndosse conjuntamente APLA y la Asociación Argentina de Aeronavegantes (AAA), que afectó a más de 15.000 pasajeros y a horas de un nuevo cese de actividades el Viernes 13/09 que se extenderá desde las 12:00 hores hasta del Sábado 14/09 hasta las 12:00 horas y afectará a todos los vuelos de la compañía de bandera. La nueva medida de fuerza podría afectar entre 27.000 a 30.000 pasajeros, de acuerdo a los cálculos de Aaerolíneas Argentinas, impactando alrededor de 250 y 300 vuelos.

Debido al incumplimiento de las funciones laborales, la aerolínea de bandera envió el Jueves 11/09 los telegramas de despido dirigidos a los tres Comandantes, a quienes responsabilizó además de “comportamiento disvalioso y repudiable”, tras acatar un mandato de APLA, luego de haberse negado a volar el avión Embraer E190 alquilado que debía retornar a su lessor.

“Es un vuelo que se llama ferry, que es sin pasajeros. Eso se da en el marco de la devolución de un avión alquilado que se lo devuelve a su dueño, al leisure. Pero APLA emitió un mandato diciendo que los pilotos no iban a aceptar ningún vuelo de devolución de aeronaves. A estos tres pilotos los programamos para este vuelo de ayer y se negaron a tomarlo, por lo que se los notificó a la hora. Este mandato en particular lo que tiene es que cuando vos no devolvés un avión empieza a correr una multa. En este caso, una multa diaria de US$ 26.000. Como cálculo de esta multa diaria y por todo el proceso de la demora, además del reclamo potencial del dueño que lo tiene que recibir, pintar y entregar a otro cliente, tenemos una pérdida calculada de US$ 800.000. Esta falta de acogimientos a las tareas encomendadas por su empleados implica un apartamiento a los deberes de conducta y obligaciones legalmente impuestos a fin del cumplimiento del contrato laboral que nos une en el marco de la buena fe laboral”, precisaron desde Aerolíneas Argentinas.

A lo largo del escrito, la compañía reparó en la negativa de los pilotos, motivada por la medida gremial, más precisamente en respuesta al paro impulsado por APLA. “Esta no es la actitud que la empresa espera de sus empleados, agravado por el contexto actual y más aún en su caso por tratarse de un piloto al que la empresa revistió una responsabilidad y confianza adicional a través del cargo mencionado”, expresaron en la compañía.

Conflicto gremial APLA-AAA
En Agosto 2024, los gremios realizaron varias asambleas en aeropuertos estratégicos del país, como Aeroparque, Ezeiza, Córdoba y Mendoza, lo que generó retrasos y cancelaciones en los vuelos. A pesar de los esfuerzos de Aerolíneas Argentinas por minimizar el impacto, los gremios intensificaron sus protestas al no recibir una propuesta que consideren justa.

Durante el paro del Viernes 06/09, todos los vuelos de la empresa debieron ser cancelados, salvo los que tenían como destino Madrid (España) y Miami (Estados Unidos), que se demoraron. La medida de fuerza fue llevada adelante en el marco de una dura negociación salarial entre los sindicatos y Aerolíneas Argentinas. Las demandas de los trabajadores están centradas en obtener una recomposición paritaria acorde con la inflación que, según los gremialistas, generó un atraso del 72% en los sueldos desde Noviembre 2023.

En conflicto aeronáutico también impactó sobre la empresa de servicio de rampa Intercargo, cuyos trabajadores nucleados por la Asociación del Personal Aeronáutico (APA) sorprendieron este Martes 10/09 al público con asambleas escalonadas que perjudicaron vuelos en Aeroparque y amenazaron el normal funcionamiento en Ezeiza, Mendoza y Córdoba.

Días atrás, el Secretario General de Aeronavegantes (AAA), Juan Pablo Brey, afirmó que luego de semanas de intensas negociaciones no tuvieron más opción que avanzar con las medidas de fuerza programada para el Viernes 13/09 ante lo que consideran ofertas salariales insuficientes por parte de Aerolíneas Argentinas. “No tenemos más opción que llevar adelante estas acciones hasta recibir una oferta adecuada y acorde a la inflación”, declaró Juan Pablo Brey, quien destacó que los trabajadores habían intentado evitar el conflicto durante las semanas previas.

APLA-AAA union conflict
In August 2024, unions held several assemblies at strategic airports in the country, such as Aeroparque, Ezeiza, Córdoba, and Mendoza, which caused flight delays and cancellations. Despite Aerolíneas Argentinas’ efforts to minimize the impact, the unions intensified their protests after not receiving a proposal they considered fair.

During the strike on Friday 06/09, all company flights had to be cancelled, except those bound for Madrid (Spain) and Miami (United States), which were delayed. The strike was carried out in the context of a tough salary negotiation between the unions and Aerolíneas Argentinas. The workers’ demands are focused on obtaining a salary adjustment in line with inflation, which, according to union members, has caused a 72% delay in salaries since November 2023.

The aeronautical conflict also impacted the ramp service company Intercargo, whose workers, grouped by the Aeronautical Personnel Association (APA), surprised the public on Tuesday 10/09 with staggered assemblies that affected flights at Aeroparque and threatened normal operations in Ezeiza, Mendoza, and Córdoba.
