Habilitación para servicio handling a otras aerolíneas

Flybondi ha anunciado el 16/09 que ha recibido la certificación y habilitación por la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil de Argentina (ANAC) para dar servicio de handling a otras compañías aéreas. De esta manera, Flybondi se convierte en la primera aerolínea argentina en poder prestar este tipo de actividad a terceros.

El servicio de handling de equipaje, carga y rampa se compone de toda la asistencia en tierra a los aviones, lo que incluye las maniobras de push back, la señalización de ingreso de la aeronave a posición, coordinación y supervisión de todas las actividades alrededor del avión, tanto las que se realizan a pie de pista como las de a bordo del avión; el proceso de deshielo como también el transporte de los pasajeros en bus desde la terminal hasta el avión, colocación de las escaleras para el embarque y desembarque de pasajeros, y la gestión de la carga y descarga de equipaje, entre otros.

Flybondi tiene su propio servicio tanto en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza (EZE), como en la mayoría de las provincias a donde opera (a excepción de Aeroparque, Ushuaia, El Calafate y Comodoro Rivadavia) y a lo largo de estos años su actividad de rampa se consolidó alcanzando indicadores internacionales con una performance eficiente, segura y confiable.

“Desde 2018, en Flybondi gestionamos nuestro propio servicio de handling en el 80% de los aeropuertos donde operamos. Ahora, estamos certificados para ofrecerlo a otras aerolíneas. Este es un gran avance para el crecimiento de la industria aerocomercial en Argentina, brindando una nueva opción para el resto de las compañías nacionales e internacionales y reafirmando la solidez de nuestra operación”, expresó Mauricio Sana, CEO de Flybondi.

Actualmente, la lowcost Flybondi posee el servicio de handling en los destinos que opera la línea aérea en Argentina: Ezeiza, Bariloche, Córdoba, Corrientes, Jujuy, Mendoza, Neuquén, Posadas, Puerto Madryn, Salta, Santiago del Estero, Tucumán y San Juan. Buenos Aires (AEP), Ushuaia, El Calafate y Comodoro Rivadavia aún continuan sin autoservicio.

Este hecho representa una independencia de los servicios prestados en Argentina por parte del operador Intercargo y el final del monopolio que establecía un trato injusto en las tarifas de las prestaciones de servicos en tierra para las líneas aéreas nacionales y extranjeras.

On 16/09, Flybondi announced that it has received certification and authorization from the National Civil Aviation Administration of Argentina (ANAC) to provide handling services to other airlines. In this way, Flybondi becomes the first Argentine airline to be able to provide this type of activity to third parties.

The baggage, cargo, and ramp handling service consists of all ground assistance to aircraft, which includes push-back maneuvers, signaling the entry of the aircraft into position, coordination and supervision of all activities around the aircraft, both those carried out on the runway and those on board the aircraft; the de-icing process as well as the transportation of passengers by bus from the terminal to the aircraft, placement of stairs for boarding and disembarking passengers, and management of loading and unloading of luggage, among others.

Flybondi has its own service both at Ezeiza International Airport (EZE) and in most of the provinces where it operates, with the exception of Aeroparque, Ushuaia, El Calafate, and Comodoro Rivadavia, and over the years its ramp activity has been consolidated, reaching international indicators with efficient, safe and reliable performance.

Currently, the low-cost company Flybondi has the handling service in the destinations that the airline operates in Argentina: Ezeiza, Bariloche, Córdoba, Corrientes, Jujuy, Mendoza, Neuquén, Posadas, Puerto Madryn, Salta, Santiago del Estero, Tucumán and San Juan. Buenos Aires (AEP), Ushuaia, El Calafate, and Comodoro Rivadavia still do not have self-service.

This fact represents an independence of the services provided in Argentina by the operator Intercargo and the end of the monopoly that established unfair treatment in the rates for ground service provision for national and foreign airlines.
