Flybondi sumó dos aviones con matrícula extranjera a su flota

La aerolínea low cost argentina Flybondi ha anunciado la incorporación de dos aeronaves Boeing 737-800 a su flota. El primer avión arribó a Argentina el Sábado 02/11 y el segundo el Sábado 09/11 como parte de la ampliación de sus capacidades. Ambas aeronaves ya comenzaron a volar las rutas de la aerolínea.

Flybondi, la aerolínea argentina privada más grande del país, inició la operación de los dos Boeing 737-800 Next Generation que se sumaron a la compañía bajo la modalidad wet lease o ACMI. De esta manera, la aerolínea sumará mayor oferta de vuelos en la mayoría de sus rutas para la temporada de verano.

El modelo ACMI es utilizado internacionalmente hace más de 25 años para cubrir la demanda que tienen las aerolíneas durante las temporadas altas e implica que la aeronave se alquila con tripulación incluida, servicio de mantenimiento y seguros.

Flybondi es la primera aerolínea argentina en implementar este tipo de contratación en el país y fue posible gracias a la reforma del Código Aeronáutico que permite al personal extranjero desempeñar funciones en los servicios aerocomerciales, así como también la utilización de aeronaves de matrícula extranjera. Así, la low cost ya cuenta con una flota de 17 aviones que estarán operativos hasta marzo de 2025, reforzando su capacidad operativa en un 13%.

Actualmente, Flybondi opera 26 rutas, 18 domésticas desde y hacia Buenos Aires, 5 interprovinciales y 3 internacionales, conectando 19 destinos nacionales y 3 internacionales. Gracias a su modelo de precios accesibles, más de 12.000.000 de pasajeros ya han volado con la aerolínea, y el 20% de sus pasajeros son personas que volaron por primera vez en su vida.

The Argentine low-cost airline Flybondi has announced the addition of two Boeing 737-800 aircraft to its fleet. The first aircraft arrived in Argentina on Saturday 02/11 and the second on Saturday 09/11 as part of the expansion of its capacities. Both aircraft have already begun to fly the airline’s routes.

Flybondi, the largest private Argentine airline in the country, began the operation of the two Boeing 737-800 Next Generation that joined the company under the wet lease or ACMI modality. In this way, the airline will add a greater offer of flights on most of its routes for the summer season.
