Los problemas con los vuelos a través de Rusia de las aerolíneas europeas que evitan sobrevolar el espacio aéreo bielorruso son una situación extraordinaria, pero de carácter técnico, afirmó el Portavoz Presidencial ruso, Dmitri Peskov, quien detalló que las autoridades aeronáuticas se encuentran trabajando para resolver la situación. «Las autoridades de aviación están trabajando duro estos días. De hecho, la situación es extraordinaria. Por supuesto, nos gustaría que este tipo de situaciones no surgieran», admitió el Portavoz presidencial. Al resaltar las cuestiones referentes al problema técnico por la que las aerolíneas tendrían inconvenientes para transitar otro espacio aéreo evitando Bielorrusia, Dmitri Peskov aseguró que no ve razones para que nazcan problemas con la Unión Europea al respecto.
La Agencia Federal Rusa de Transporte Aéreo, Rosaviátsia, ha advertido a las compañías aéreas que si cambian sus rutas desde Europa a través del espacio aéreo ruso, el tiempo para obtener permisos de vuelo puede incrementarse debido al aumento en el número total de solicitudes.
En el contexto de la situación con los vuelos de las aerolíneas europeas que evitan sobrevolar Bielorrusia, a raíz del escándalo internacional por los atropellos perpetrados por el Gobierno de Bielorrusia al denunciar una amenaza de bomba en el vuelo FR-4978 de la aerolínea Ryanair Sun, cuando la realidad era detener a un periodista en territorio bieloruso, ha traído un fuerte repudio internacional a los reclamos de los derechos humanos, condenándolos tácitamente.
Moscú ha expresado acerca del incidente del avión de Ryanair: «Occidente no cejará en su empeño de vincular cualquier evento a su línea rusófoba». Certificados de circulación

Los permisos especiales por vacaciones se dieron de baja y no podrán volver a tramitarse, la condición del pasaje cancelado deberá verse con la aerolínea emisora. Es importante remarcar que las medidas anunciadas regirán desde el 22 hasta el 30 de Mayo de 2021, determinando nueve días en total de los cuales solo tres días son hábiles y abarcando a todas las zonas del país que estén con alto riesgo o en alarma epidemiológica producto del aumento de los contagios.
Colectivos y Trenes
El Ministerio de Transporte de la Nación, a través de la Comisión Nacional de Regulación del Transporte, fiscalizará que se mantengan al máximo las frecuencias de unidades de las empresas. En relación a los trenes de pasajeros y pasajeras, continua la obligación de tramitar el sistema “Reservá tu tren” para la utilización de este medio de transporte público en los horarios pico de las cinco líneas ferroviarias administradas por el Estado Nacional. Se están revisando las actividades autorizadas para reducirlas al mínimo posible, de modo tal que estén autorizados sean menos que los que están actualmente”, dijo Alexis Guerrera, Ministro de Transporte.
Aerolíneas Argentinas ha confirmado que se mantienen los cronogramas de sus vuelos, pero que los pasajeros deberán ajustarse a los requisitos de circulación dispuestos. Los pasajeros que posean tickets de viaje adquiridos y no puedan efectuar los viajes, la compañía ha habilitado los cambios pertinentes una vez sin costo adicional hasta el 15 de Diciembre de 2021.
Respecto a las aerolíneas Flybondi Líneas Aéreas y JetSmart Airlines Argentina señalaron que no recibieron ninguna instrucción hasta el momento sobre sobre restricciones para los vuelos, mientras aguardaran definiciones adicionales al respecto. Las líneas aéreas anunciaron que se podrán realizar cambios de fecha de los pasajes adquiridos hasta una modificación sin penalizaciones.
Los vuelos internacionales no hay ninguna medida que restrinja la salida del país, pero deberán cumplimentar los requisitos para ingreso en otros países, mientras que el ingreso a Argentina sigue solo habilitada para argentinos, extranjeros residentes o familiares directos. En todos los casos para traslados desde o hacia los aeropuertos será requisito poseer «Certificado Único Habilitante para Circulación Emergencia Covid-19» que se habilitan desde el website Argentina.gob.ar.
El Jueves 21/05 por la noche, Presidencia de la Nación anunciaba por cadena nacional que habrá nueve días de confinamiento estricto para todos los distritos del país que estén en Alto Riesgo o Alarma epidemiológica. Según lo proyectado desde la primier hora de este Miércoles el laboratorio de testeos que funcionaba en Aeroparque, LabPax, dejaba de funcionar. La aeroestación de Aeroparque recibía un total de dos vuelos diarios entre las compañías Aerolíneas Argentinas, JetSmart Airlines y Paranair.
En un comunicado, la empresa LabPax que tiene a su cargo la operación de la mayor parte de los aeropuertos del país señalo que “desde las 00:00 horas del 19/05 el laboratorio de testeos que funcionaba en Aeroparque, ha cesado su operación. Para garantizar el control sanitario al ingresar al país y poder cumplir con la Decisión Administrativa Nº 268 del 25 de Marzo de 2021, las líneas aéreas que cuentan con vuelos regionales en esta terminal, trasladarán su operación al aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza con la aprobación de las autoridades aeronáuticas”. Stamboulian Servicios de Salud se encuentra realizando los procesos administrativos para asumir la dirección técnica de la operación de testeos para pasajeros internacionales también en Aeroparque e indicó que una vez operativo el nuevo laboratorio, los vuelos regionales volverán al Aeroparque.
Los testeos en Aeroparque, al igual que lo que ocurría en Ezeiza, eran realizados por el laboratorio LabPax, pero tras detectarse irregularidades en esa empresa, fueron desafectados, primero en Ezeiza, donde ya se hizo cargo Stamboulian, y ahora de la estación aérea metropolitana de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. A partir de esta decisión del concesionario, la empresa dirigida por Daniel Stamboulian y fundada en 1974 se hará cargo de las tareas que desarrollaba LabPax.
La Decisión Administrativa Nº 268/2021 determina que las personas que entren al país deberán cumplir, además de todos los protocolos que ya se encontraban vigentes desde que se decretó la emergencia sanitaria por Covid-19, una serie de medidas adicionales, entre ellas la realización de una prueba al arribo al país y otra al séptimo día del ingreso, con costo a cargo del pasajero.
La concesionaria aeroportuaria AA2000 indica que los exámenes se realizan todos los días, incluidos Sábados, Domingos y feriados, sin turno previo y las muestras se obtienen mediante dos técnicas diferentes: el RT PCR con un valor de AR$ 6.000, cuyo resultado está disponible a las dos horas de efectuado, y/o el test PCR Antígeno, con un costo de AR$ 4.000, con resultado a los 5 minutos de tomarse la muestra.
