Aerolíneas Argentinas incorpora duodécimo Boeing 737-8 MAX

La compañía aérea Aerolíneas Argentinas anunció el arribo de su duodécimo Boeing 737-8 MAX a su flota. El avión aterrizó en suelo argentino el Viernes 26/07 por la noche. A nueva aeronave Boeing 737-8 MAX 8 matrícula LV-KID había despegado del Boeing Field en Seattle (WA) el 24/07 por la mañana y realizó una escala en Miami en su trayecto hasta Buenos Aires.

“Esta incorporación permitirá mejorar la eficiencia y productividad de la flota de la compañía, además de contribuir a un mejor resultado económico de las rutas en las que opere”, expresaron en Aerolíneas Argentinas.

El duodécimo Boeing 737-8 MAX con registro LV-KID llega directo para Aerolíneas Argentinas procedente del fabricante The Boeing Company. Los Boeing 737-8 MAX de la compañía tienen una configuración de 170 asientos (162 en turista y 8 en clase ejecutiva). La flota total de 737 MAX de Aerolíneas Argentinas se compone de LV-GVD, LV-GVE, LV-HKU, LV-HKV, LV-HKW, LV-KEH, LV-KEI, LV-KKD-, LV-KKE, LV-KIT y LV-KIU. La edad promedio de la flota es de 3,3 años, recibiendo el primer 737 MAX en Noviembre de 2017.

Las principales características del 737 MAX se encuentran la alta eficiencia en el consumo de combustible, además de que sus características de diseño y motorización implican una reducción en la huella sonora del 40%. Las emisiones de estos equipos son un 50% menores frente a los límites fijados para los óxidos de nitrógeno (NOx) en la Sexta Reunión del Comité sobre la Protección del Medio Ambiente y la Aviación (CAEP) de la Organización de Aviación Civil Internacional (OACI).
