Rusia, Azerbaiyán y Armenia restablecen vuelos post-pandemia
La Federación Rusia ha reanudado este 15/02 los servicios aéreos regulares con Azerbaiyán y Armenia, suspendidos en 2020 a causa de la pandemia de Coronavirus, confirmó el Gobierno Federal. Los nuevos acuerdos alcanzados por los respectivos países han permitido avanzar en la consolidación de los vuelos entre Azerbaiyán, Armenia y Federación Rusia.
Las aerolíneas de cada nación podrán realizar dos vuelos semanales en la ruta Moscú-Bakú (2Frq/S) y cuatro Moscú-Ereván (4Frq/S). La compañía rusa Aeroflot Russian Airlines ha comunicado la semana pasada que planea comenzar a operar los viajes a Ereván a partir de este Lunes 15/02 y a Bakú desde el Miércoles 17/02.
La agencia de noticias TASS informó que la entrada de turistas a Armenia fue abierta, aunque requieren una prueba PCR aprobada no antes de 72 horas de la llegada a ese país. La aerolínea nacional Azal Airlines, de la República de Azerbaiyán, prevé realizar vuelos especiales a Moscú a partir del 17 de Febrero de 2021, aunque la entrada a este país de turistas se mantiene cerrada.
Antes, las aerolíneas rusas Ural Airlines, Nordwind Airlines, Ikar Airlines, que opera bajo el nombre de Pegas Fly, y Azimut Airlines iniciaron vuelos chárter a Ereván desde Krasnoyarsk, Kaliningrado, Nizhny Novgorod y Krasnodar. En marzo de 2020 Rusia suspendió todos los vuelos comerciales de pasajeros al extranjero en medio de la pandemia y solo continuaron operando los de regreso al país a los rusos en el exterior y para enviar a los extranjeros a casa. Desde el verano boreal (Junio-Agosto 2020) el país reanudó parcialmente los viajes a Belarús, India, Kazajstán, Qatar, Kirguistán, Surcorea, Egipto, Emiratos Árabes Unidos, Turquía, Reino Unido, Suiza, Tanzania, Serbia, Finlandia, Japón, Maldivas y Cuba. También restableció los vuelos con Vietnam, Grecia, Singapur, Etiopía y Seychelles, pero ninguna aerolínea rusa anunció el inicio de itinerarios a estos países. En Diciembre 2020 Rusia suspendió temporalmente los vuelos con el Reino Unido debido a la presencia en aquel país de una nueva cepa de coronavirus SARS CoV-2, causante de la Covid-19.

The Russian Federation has resumed on 02/15 regular air services with Azerbaijan and Armenia, suspended in 2020 due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the Federal Government confirmed. The new agreements reached by the respective countries have made it possible to advance in the consolidation of flights between Azerbaijan, Armenia and the Russian Federation.
The airlines of each nation will be able to make two weekly flights on the Moscow-Baku route (2Frq/S) and four Moscow-Yerevan (4Frq/S). The Russian company Aeroflot Russian Airlines announced last week that it plans to start operating trips to Yerevan from this Monday 02/15 and to Baku from Wednesday 02/17.
The TASS news agency reported that the entry of tourists to Armenia was open, although they require an approved PCR test no earlier than 72 hours after arrival in that country. In December 2020, Russia temporarily suspended flights with the United Kingdom due to the presence in that country of a new strain of the SARS CoV-2 coronavirus, which causes Covid-19.
Caribe mexicano incrementa vuelos a Cozumel y Cancún
American Airlines ofrece un servicio semanal a Cozumel, Southwest Airlines tiene previsto reanudar el servicio diario desde Houston el 11 de Marzo de 2021, y Frontier Airlines lanzará nuevos vuelos desde Denver el 13 de Febrero de 2021, tras seis años de ausencia en el mercado. Frontier también añadió cuatro vuelos semanales a Cancún desde Orlando el 11/02 (4Frq/S) y lanzará cinco vuelos semanales desde Miami el 07/03 (5Frq/S), junto con un servicio los Sábados desde Cincinnati el 13/03 (1Frq/S).
Entre las aerolíneas europeas, TAP Air Portugal ofrecerá tres vuelos semanales (3Frq/S) desde Lisboa a Cancún el 27/03. Iberojet establecerá enlaces a Cancún con un vuelo semanal (1Frq/S) desde Madrid el 08/03, con frecuencias que aumentarán a tres vuelos durante el verano, además de la reanudación de sus vuelos semanales a Cancún desde Lisboa a finales de Marzo 2021.
El Consejo de Turismo de Quintana Roo dijo que ha mantenido a los transportistas al tanto de todos los avances en materia de salud y seguridad en el Caribe mexicano para disipar las preocupaciones.

American Airlines offers weekly service to Cozumel, Southwest Airlines plans to resume daily service from Houston on March 11, 2021, and Frontier Airlines will launch new flights from Denver on February 13, 2021, after a six-year absence from the market. The Quintana Roo Tourism Council said it has kept carriers abreast of all health and safety developments in the Mexican Caribbean to allay concerns.

El Grupo Barceló ha anunciado que Iberojet iniciará operaciones comerciales hacia elverano boreal en Europa. La nueva aerolínea es el cambio de nombre comercial de dos compañías aéreas Evelop! y Orbest! que se han fusionado bajo Iberojet. Ávoris Reinventing Travel ha establecido la unión de sus dos compañías aéreas Evelop! (Portugal) y Orbest (España) bajo la nueva marca Iberojet. La empresa propiedad del Grupo Barceló ha establecido un nuevo diseño de librea que tendrán todos los aviones de la flota, cambio que será gradual y se llevará a cabo a lo largo de 2021.
La nueva compañía aérea española con la nueva denominación ha presentado su programa de vuelos vacacionales para este verano 2021 para cubrir los principales destinos vacacionales del Caribe y Centroamérica, con hasta veinticinco salidas semanales a México, República Dominicana, Cuba, Jamaica y Costa Rica desde España y Portugal.
La aerolínea ofrecerá desde Madrid hasta cinco frecuencias semanales a Punta Cana y a la Habana y hasta cuatro frecuencias semanales a Cancún, destinos tradicionales de la aerolínea de Ávoris. Como grandes novedades se presentan un vuelo directo semanal desde Madrid a la isla de Cozumel en México y dos vuelos directos y semanales desde Madrid a San José de Costa Rica. La programación de verano se completa con un vuelo semanal a Isla Mauricio, en el Océano Índico, destino al que viene operando la compañía en los últimos años. Desde Lisboa, Portugal, habrá hasta dos frecuencias semanales a Cancún y Punta Cana, así como un vuelo semanal a Varadero. Asimismo, la programación incluye un vuelo circular semanal con Montego Bay (Jamaica) y Samaná (Republica Dominicana) en temporada alta.

The new airline is the change of commercial name of two airlines Evelop! and Orbest! that have been merged under Iberojet. Las nuevas rutas aéreas serán atendidas por las aerolíneas Azul Conecta, según el anuncio de la compañía y el Gobierno estatal. Las ocho nuevas rutas de la aerolínea brasileña en el Estado de Rio Grande do Sul son: Bagé, Santana do Livramento, San Borja, Santa Cruz do Sul, Canela, Vacaria, Santa Rosa y Erechim. Todos los vuelos tendrán conexión a Porto Alegre, y se llevarán a cabo con aviones Cessna 208 Gran Caravan, con capacidad para nueve pasajeros. La emisión de tickets comenzarán hacia el mes de Marzo 2021, con inicio de operaciones copmerciales hacia Mayo 2021. Según el Gobierno del Estado más austral de Brasil, algunas de estas ciudades no habían sido servidas por vuelos comerciales durante años. Azul Linhas Aéreas y Azul Conecta se beneficiarán del decreto de incentivos fiscales a la aviación, firmado por el Gobernador Eduardo Leite (PSDB) en Diciembre 2020. El Gobierno concede una reducción en la base de cálculo del ICMS en la compra de queroseno, que puede llegar al 7,5%, a las compañías aéreas. «La logística es fundamental para el desarrollo de un Estado y por eso realizamos esta inversión, a través de esta política fiscal para la aviación regional y todo el esfuerzo que hemos hecho para reestructurar las cuentas públicas y reanudar la capacidad de inversión, para que podamos cumplir nuestra misión de mejorar la vida de todos los gauchos», dice Eduardo Leite.

Andes Líneas Aéreas restablecería vuelos para 03/2021
La compañía aérea Andes Líneas Aéreas ha anunciado el restablecimiento de su programación de vuelos post-pandemia tras un largo impasse producto de la inestabilidad del mercado aéreo. El restablecimiento de los vuelos en Argentina hacia Noviembre/Diciembre 2020 permitiría a las líneas aéreas activar después de nueve meses de estancamiento su programación, pero la aerolínea había decidido continuar postergando su reactivación por falta de definiciones y mercado.
Andes Líneas Aéreas ha anunciado el reinicio de sus operaciones aerocomerciales en Argentina a partir del 1 de Marzo de 2021 desde su base en Salta. De todos modos, el Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery estaría operativo hacia mediados de Marzo 2021, lo que permite observar que muchos vuelos podrían posponerse hasta su reapertura. Actualmente, Andes Líneas Aéreas posee en su flota activa McDonnell Douglas MD-83 (2) LV-WGN, LV-WGM que permitirá cubrir los destinos desde Salta hacia Buenos Aires, Comodoro Rivadavia, Jujuy, Puerto Madryn.
Una delicada situación económica pre-pandemia ha puesto a la aerolínea en riesgo. Tras el anuncio el restablecimiento de sus vuelos se renuevan las esperanzas de para Andes Líneas Aéreas de volver a surcar los cielos de Argentina, pero en un contexto de entorno de mercado totalmente diferente.

Laser Airlines tramita vuelos hacia Estados Unidos
La aerolínea venezolana Laser Airlines ha anunciado los planes para iniciar vuelos hacia Estados Unidos. La compañía ha solicitado ante las autoridades del Departamento de Transporte de Estados Unidos (DOT) para establecer la conexión con Venezuela. La línea aérea planea establecer vuelos entre los Aeropuertos de Caracas/CCS, Valencia/VLN y Maracaibo/MAR con el Aeropuerto Internacional de Miami/MIA.
En Octubre 2011 Laser Airlines había planificado ante el DOT volar a Estados Unidos, pero no había prosperado la solicitud por problemas de índoles políticos. Oportunamente, la aerolínea venezolana deseaba establecer la conexión Caracas/CCS–Fort Lauderdale/FLL, Valencia/VLN–Fort Lauderdale/FLL y la Isla de Margarita/PMV–Fort Lauderdale/FLL. Sin embargo, el DOT nunca respondió a esta solicitud.
Tras el cambio político, Laser Airlines renueva sus esperanzas nuevamente con las solicitudes para los vuelos hacia Estados Unidos., enviando la solicitud 04/02 al DOT. En este nuevo intento, ha destacado que se mantienen comprometidos con atender el mercado estadounidense. Las posibles aprobaciones requerirán implementar requerimientos que impondrán desde Estados Unidos, entre ellos, realizar operaciones con aeronaves registradas en Estados Unidos, pues Venezuela se encuentra en la Categoría 2 (CAT-2) por la Administración Federal de Aviación (FAA), reglamentan que las aeronaves procedentes de Venezuela no puedan desarrollar operaciones hacia Estados Unidos.
En Mayo 2019, la FAA suspendió todo vuelo entre Estados Unidos y Venezuela. Laser Airlines había buscado diferentes métodos para volar de manera indirecta hacia Estados Unidos, como realizar alianzas con World Atlantic Airways y Swift Air. Con un cambio del giro político, la línea aérea se encuentra esperanzada por reactivar la ruta Venezuela-Estados Unidos en un intento por restablecer un mercado próspero para la industria del transporte aéreo.

Los trabajadores del Aeropuerto de Neuquén siguen reclamando respuestas ante la incertidumbre por sus puestos laborales ya que en octubre próximo vence la concesión de Aeropuertos Neuquén S.A, empresa que forma parte de Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 de Eduardo Eurnekián. Bulgaria Air стартира директни редовни полети от София, столицата на Република България, до повече от десет нови дестинации в Европа и Азия. Срещу постоянните съобщения за предизвикателства в авиационната индустрия поради ограничения на полетите поради пандемията, Bulgaria Air приема съвсем различна и положителна стратегия и с удоволствие съобщава, че компанията разширява портфолиото си от дестинации.
Bulgaria Air стартира нови директни полети до този 2Q2021 между София и островите Корфу, Родос и Крит, както и до Солун (Гърция), Будапеща (Румъния), Киев (Украйна), наред с други основни дестинации. Резервациите за тези екзотични пътувания вече са отворени и първите полети ще започнат през пролетта. Три ексклузивни полета между София и Дубай са планирани за майските празници, на 30/04, 05, 10/05, всеки четвъртък и неделя с удобни часове и възможност за двупосочна връзка, заминаваща от Варна. В края на април 2021 г. стартират първите директни редовни полети между София и Будапеща и Киев, а за празниците, на 05/21 започват полети между София и новите гръцки дестинации: Солун и островите Крит и Родос. Първият директен полет на Bulgaria Air от София до великолепния йонийски остров Корфу ще се състои на 06/11. Авиокомпанията възобнови редовните си полети между София и Санкт Петербург (Руска федерация) и между София и Валенсия (Испания), за бореалния летен сезон 2021 г. и билетите се продават. Bulgaria Air ще обяви началната дата на друга нова директна редовна линия до Тенерифе (Испания), както и много други екзотични локации.
