Con una inversión total de más de $82 millones, que contempla diferentes etapas. Actualmente, el ministerio de Obras Públicas realiza una intervención arquitectónica en el edificio que demandará una inversión de $20 millones

El gobierno de la Provincia de Santa Fe (Argentina) avanza con las obras de intervención en el aeropuerto de Sauce Viejo. En este momento, a través del ministerio de Obras Públicas, se ejecuta la obra de remodelación y ampliación del edificio, con un plazo de ejecución de ocho meses y una inversión de 20 millones de pesos.

El objetivo de la obra es dotar al aeropuerto de espacios, tecnologías y confort para adecuarlo a las nuevas regulaciones aeronáuticas y previendo el incremento del volumen de pasajeros.

“Las obras comenzaron en el mes de marzo y, hasta el momento, los trabajos se estuvieron realizando con el aeropuerto en funcionamiento. A partir del mes de junio, con el cierre del edificio, se podrá trabajar en todos los frentes y la obra avanzará exponencialmente”, sostuvo el ministro de Obras Públicas, Julio Schneider.

Desde la dirección provincial de Arquitectura e Ingeniería del ministerio, detallaron que, por estos días, se está trabajando en el sector norte del edifico donde funcionaba el bar original y en los baños de esa área. También en ese sector del bar se están llevando a cabo trabajos de ampliación con la ejecución de estructura de hormigón e instalaciones generales.

En el sector sur, está comenzando la ampliación del área de arribos con la ejecución de fundaciones y columnas. Además, se está trabajando sobre las veredas perimetrales.

LA INTERVENCIÓN
El proyecto contempla la ampliación en sectores como la sala de preembarque, sala de arribos y el bar. Se generarán nuevas superficies como aleros para carga y descarga de equipajes tanto en despacho como en arribos, sala de mantenimientos, comedor y cocina para empleados, una nueva posta sanitaria con enfermería.

Además, se reordenarán sectores de oficinas, cocina y vestuarios del bar y se colocará una nueva cinta transportadora de equipaje para las compañías aeronáuticas. También se harán trabajos de refacción en sanitarios y se reacondicionarán los pisos del sector de hall principal.

POR 90 DÍAS
A partir del lunes 19 de junio y por 90 días se producirá el cierre del Aeropuerto para desarrollar el resto de las obras previstas por la provincia en la aeroestación, a través del Ministerio de Infraestructura, que demandarán una inversión de 62 millones de pesos: Se trata de la repavimentación de la pista principal y el reemplazo del sistema de balizas en la calle de rodaje.

From the provincial directorate of Architecture and Engineering of the ministry, detailed that, these days, is working in the northern sector of the building where the original bar worked and in the bathrooms in that area. Also in this sector of the bar are carrying out work of expansion with the execution of concrete structure and general facilities.

In the southern sector, the area of ​​arrivals is being expanded with the execution of foundations and columns. In addition, work is being done on the perimeter sidewalks.

THE INTERVENTION
The project contemplates the expansion in sectors such as the pre-shipment hall, arrivals hall and the bar. New surfaces will be generated as eaves for loading and unloading of luggage in office and in arrivals, room of maintenance, dining room and kitchen for employees, a new sanitary post with infirmary.

In addition, will be reorganized office, kitchen and changing rooms of the bar and a new conveyor belt for the aeronautical companies will be placed. Repairs will also be made in toilets and the floors of the main hall sector will be reconditioned.

For 90 days
Starting on Monday, June 19 and for 90 days, the airport will be closed to develop the rest of the works planned by the province at the airport, through the Ministry of Infrastructure, which will require an investment of 62 million pesos: Deals with the repaving of the main track and the replacement of the beacon system on the taxiway.
