La República de Vietnam abrió los vuelos internacionales desde y hacia veinte países y territorios, informó este 22/02 Tran Bao Ngoc, Jefe del Departamento de Transporte de Vietnam durante una reunión con la prensa. Los destinos incluyen: Camboya, Hong Kong (China), Japón, Corea del Sur, Malasia, Filipinas, Qatar, Singapur, Taiwán (China), Tailandia, Turquía, los Emiratos Árabes Unidos, Laos, China, Francia, Alemania, Reino Unido, Australia, Rusia y Estados Unidos, dijo.
Según Tran Bao Ngoc, se operan 370 vuelos por semana, equivalente a 53 vuelos diarios, frente a la cifra de cuatro mil 185 y 598 vuelos, respectivamente, antes de la pandemia del COVID-19 en 2019. Hasta la fecha, seis aerolíneas nacionales, Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, Pacific Airlines, Bamboo Airways, Vietravel Airlines y Vasco, explotan 56 rutas domésticas con una frecuencia de dos mil 570 vuelos por semana.
El 15 de Febrero de 2022, la Autoridad de Aviación Civil de Vietnam ha emitido Avisos para Misiones Aéreas (NOTAM) sobre el levantamiento de todas las restricciones sobre el transporte de pasajeros por vía aérea, y envió a las aerolíneas y operadores de aeronaves de todo el mundo. Đến nay, sáu hãng hàng không nội địa là Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, Pacific Airlines, Bamboo Airways, Vietravel Airlines và Vasco khai thác 56 đường bay nội địa với tần suất 2.570 chuyến bay/tuần.
Ngày 15 tháng 2 năm 2022, Cục Hàng không Việt Nam đã ban hành Thông báo cho các đoàn hàng không (NOTAM) về việc dỡ bỏ tất cả các hạn chế đối với vận chuyển hành khách bằng đường hàng không và gửi cho các hãng hàng không và hãng khai thác tàu bay trên thế giới. Por paro controladores aéreos las aerolíneas reprogramaron vuelos
El Sindicato Aeronáutico ATEPSA realizará medidas de fuerza el Martes 22 y el Jueves 24 de Febrero y entre el 1 y el 5 de Marzo de 2022 para vuelos domésticos en todo el país. La semana pasada, el sindicato que nuclea a los controladores aéreos anunció medidas de fuerza en todos los aeropuertos de Argentina, que se llevarían a cabo de manera esporádicas. La situación obligó a las aerolíneas a modificar sus cronogramas de vuelo, con demoras y algunas cancelaciones.
Las próximas medidas de fuerza de la Asociación Técnicos y Empleados de Protección y Seguridad a la Aeronavegación están previstas para el Martes 22/02 de 11:00 a 13:00 y de 17:00 a 19:00 hs. y el Jueves 24/02 de 17:00 a 19:00 hs. Luego hay un cronograma con cese de actividades de varias horas por día entre el 01/03 al 05/03. Las medidas de acción gremial incluyen la suspensión de las autorizaciones de despegue de vuelos.
Reprogramaciones
Aerolíneas Argentinas debió reprogramar 102 vuelos para el Martes 22/02, lo que representa que 34 vuelos han adelantado su horario de salida y 68 vuelos han sido retrasados. Los pasajeros recibieron la información sobre el nuevo horario de sus vuelos reprogramados. El Viernes 18/02, la empresa tuvo que reprogramar 101 salidas, lo que alcanzó a afectar a más de 12.000 pasajeros. “Este tipo de medidas echan por la borda buena parte del esfuerzo que todos los actores de la industria venimos haciendo para sostener la operación y los puestos de trabajo en un contexto tan difícil como fue el de los últimos dos años. JetSmart Airlines Argentina se reprogramaron 18 vuelos para el Martes 22/02, lo que afecta a 3.300 pasajeros; y 21 vuelos para el Miércoles 23/02 afectando a 3.900 usuarios del transporte aéreo. La semana pasada, la línea aérea había reprogramado 24 vuelos con más de 4.400 pasajeros que han tenido que alterar su vuelo.
Flybondi Líneas Aéreas ha reprogramado su red de vuelos correspondiente a los días 22, 23 y 24/02, con 46 vuelos modificados que incluyen a 8.234 pasajeros afectados. “Los pasajeros impactados ya fueron notificados. Lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas a nuestros pasajeros por medidas de fuerza que han sido adoptadas de manera irracional y sin la más mínima consideración del impacto negativo que generan”, expresaron desde Flybondi.
La Empresa Argentina de Navegación Aérea (EANA) ha señalado que el reclamo gremial corresponde a la revisión de pauta salarial. El secretario general de ATEPSA, Jonatan Doino señaló que el reclamo es por la falta de personal que los obliga a realizar tareas con dotaciones por debajo de los mínimos de seguridad establecidos para los aeropuertos del país, según explicaron en un comunicado. Sin embargo, desde EANA señalaron que el reclamo gremial corresponde a la revisión de pauta salarial. “Nosotros hemos ofrecido, con un gran esfuerzo de todo el Estado Nacional, un 55% para cerrar la paritaria 2021, eso es por encima de la inflación, garantizando los salarios en momentos muy difíciles para la industria en general. El esfuerzo lo ha hecho todo el Estado, no solamente EANA que es la empresa argentina que garantiza los servicios de navegación aérea, sino que todo el Ejecutivo Nacional. La seguridad operacional está claramente garantizada. Somos parte responsable de que esa seguridad así lo esté. En la operación siempre hay riesgos, nosotros mitigamos esos riesgos constantemente, y es una operación que está regulada internacionalmente, no solamente por lo que es la autoridad aeronáutica nacional sino por organismos internacionales”, afirmó Gabriela Logatto, Presidenta de EANA.
ATEPSA agrupa a los controladores de tránsito aéreo, trabajadores de los servicios de información y comunicaciones aeronáuticas, técnicos de comunicaciones navegación y vigilancia, meteorología aeronáutica, servicio de búsqueda y salvamento. Son quienes organizan la navegación aérea, autorizan los despegues, rutas y aterrizajes de aeronaves que transportan carga y pasajeros en el espacio aéreo argentino. Se encuentran distribuidos en cincuenta y cuatro aeropuertos y aeródromos en Argentina.

La aerolínea low cost Flybondi informó que ante la continuidad de las medidas de fuerza llevadas a cabo por la Asociación de Técnicos y Empleados de Protección y Seguridad a la Aeronavegación (ATEPSA) reprogramará parte de sus operaciones para los días 22, 23 y 24 de Febrero de 2022. Según detallan el comunicado, los pasajeros afectados ya han sido notificados y podrán chequear el estado de su reserva en la web de la aerolínea, así como comunicarse por cualquier duda mediante los canales oficiales.
La aerolínea ha informado en un comunicado oficial: «Los pasajeros impactados han sido notificados, de todos modos, podrán chequear el estado de su vuelo en su reserva en http://www.flybondi.com. Reclamaciones tarifarias
El CEO de Flybondi, Mauricio Sana le envió una carta al Gobierno nacional sobre el Decreto 879/2021 que impone un inesperado cambio radical en las reglas de juego del mercado aerocomercial de cabotaje. El principal punto de la medida es el restablecimiento de las bandas tarifarias para los vuelos domésticos. La aerolínea denuncia que el objetivo principal del Gobierno es favorecer a dos empresas estatales: Aerolíneas Argentinas e Intercargo, prestadora de servicios de rampa. El nuevo marco jurídico aerocomercial desarrollará práctica de conductas anticompetitivas, limitando la posibilidad de brindar tarifas generadas a partir de procesos eficientes; atenta directamente contra el acceso de los argentinos a los servicios de transporte aéreo; perjudica a la industria aerocomercial, a las empresas y a los pasajeros a través de la imposición de banda tarifaria; tiene como objetivo final que el operador que hoy tiene una posición monopólica domine el mercado internacional y regule el mercado doméstico; atenta directamente contra el mercado aerocomercial y sus pasajeros, eliminando el desarrollo de oferta y limitando el acceso a precios competitivos, perjudicando la cadena de valor del transporte y el turismo. Desde el Gobierno argentino, los principales impulsores del decreto Juan Manzur, Jefe de Gabinete, Alexis Guerrera, Ministro de Transporte, han dado una explicación acerca del cambio de rumbo de las políticas de tarifas aéreas que se verán incrementadas perjudicando al usuario del transporte aéreo.

El Miércoles 16/02, los controladores nucleados en Atepsa anunciaron que “a partir del 18/02 retomarán de manera progresiva las medidas legítimas de acción gremial que incluirán la suspensión de las autorizaciones de despegue de vuelos comerciales, carga y aviación en general en todo el territorio nacional”.

Los vuelos reprogramados son principalmente de la red doméstica y afecta cuarenta salidas desde el Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery, cuatro salidas desde el Aeropuerto Ezeiza y cincuenta y siete vuelos desde el interior del país.

Gabriela Logatto invitó a las autoridades de ATEPSA a recapacitar sobre la decisión tomada, en pos de no afectar la recuperación económica del sector aeronáutico. “El Lunes pasado terminamos la conciliación obligatoria y la conducción del sindicato siguió adelante con la medida, presentando el cronograma. Crispan el diálogo, salen a decir que el paro es por la Seguridad Operacional y hacen un cronograma de cese de actividades. ¿Eso quiere decir que la Seguridad Operacional está garantizada en un horario y en otro no? Es muy dudoso lo que dicen y poco entendible. Para nosotros no es un problema, porque estamos seguros del servicio que estamos brindando”, concluyó la directiva de EANA.

Emplearán tripulaciones extranjeras para no cancelar vuelos
La Aeronáutica Civil de Colombia ha autorizado incorporar temporalmente tripulaciones extranjeras para evitar el colapso en tráfico aéreo del país después de los incrementos de contagios en todo el mundo y la falta de personal para atender la demanda de vuelos. Sin embargo a última hora de la tarde de este Lunes 10/01, desde Aerolíneas Argentinas confirmaron que por ahora «no habrá cancelaciones previstas para Martes 11/01 y Miércoles 12/01. Primero porque se han recuperado recursos humanos y segundo porque en estos días la cantidad de operaciones es menor que los días Lunes. Para el Martes 11/01 están programadas 215 salidas».
Durante Enero 2022, Aerolíneas está haciendo más de doscientas operaciones diarias, desde Aeroparque, Ezeiza y Córdoba. Pero la ola de contagios de Covid, entre personal enfermo y aislado preventivamente por contactos estrechos, está afectando en este momento a 1.200 de los casi 11.000 empleados de la empresa, señalaron las mismas fuentes. «Las áreas más complicadas son la tripulación, obviamente, luego la de despachos y mantenimiento», detallaron. El caso más delicado de este lunes fueron los pasajeros de un vuelo de regreso desde Punta Cana, en República Dominicana, que quedaron varados. La razón: la tripulación completa quedó aislada a raíz de un contagio. «Se les va a pagar el hotel y se los va a buscar mañana (por este martes), con el mismo vuelo que sale desde Miami. Todos los pasajeros entran en el mismo avión», agregaron las fuentes de la compañía aérea.
Los otros vuelos cancelados son cinco partidas que estaban programadas desde Aeroparque hacia Santa Fe (AR1720), San Juan (AR1422), San Luis (AR1430), Santa Rosa—Río Cuarto (AR1526) y Bahía Blanca (AR1622, cancelado sólo en el tramo de ida). El séptimo vuelo cancelado fue desde Ezeiza hacia Trelew (AR1854). «Son destinos que, por suerte, no son los de mayor demanda. Estamos hablando de aviones de menos de 100 pasajeros», señalaron desde la aerolínea de bandera.
«Estamos trabajando para reubicar a la mayor cantidad de pasajeros posibles. Les pedimos que chequeen sus correos electrónicos en donde informaremos cualquier novedad sobre los itinerarios de sus vuelos y las diferentes alternativas. Esta nueva ola de Covid está afectando fuertemente la operación aerocomercial en todo el mundo. Los contagios de personal de las aerolíneas son masivos provocando demoras y cancelaciones», argumentó el CEO de Aerolíneas Argentinas, Pablo Ceriani.
La semana pasada Aerolíneas Argentinas había anticipado que durante Enero 2022 tenían previsto que hubiera cancelaciones a raíz de los contagios por Covid. El día 02/01 había habido en el mundo más de 4.000 vuelos cancelados por Covid. En los últimos dos días (Domingo/Lunes) las cancelaciones de vuelos en todo el mundo a causa de los contagios fueron más de 5.000.
Desde Aerolíneas Argentinas informaron que «como el virus es tan dinámico, iremos viendo la programación de vuelos día a día e iremos resolviendo de esta manera. Son muchas las operaciones que tenemos y que se hayan cancelado sólo siete entre 230, estamos hablando de menos del cinco por ciento. Los pasajeros con inconvenientes fueron reasignados y, es cierto, algunos tuvieron que ir a Ezeiza, pero no había otra opción». Sobre las expectativas de cómo vienen los próximos días y si las cancelaciones del Lunes 10/01 podrían generar un efecto dominó, desde la aerolínea dicen que «no nos podemos manejar con certezas, esto es hora a hora, día a día. Las distintas áreas de la compañía trabajan en burbujas, con todos los protocolos pertinentes. Por ahora la situación es manejable, pero no estamos exentos a lo que sucede en el resto del país y con todas las aerolíneas del mundo. Nosotros venimos alertando».
La nueva ola de Ómicron ya empezó a afectar al mercado aéreo. El mismo día que Aerolíneas Argentinas suspendió vuelos por contagios entre su personal, la low cost Flybondi Líneas Aéreas anunció que firmó acuerdos con otros operadores, para mitigar el impacto que tendría para sus pasajeros una eventual reprogramación o cancelación de servicios por el mismo motivo. «Así como ocurre en aerolíneas del país y de todo el mundo, la nueva ola de contagios de Covid y el crecimiento exponencial de los últimos días en la Argentina tuvo un impacto negativo en nuestra capacidad operativa, lo que podría llegar a afectar a algunos vuelos domésticos con reprogramaciones o cancelaciones para los próximos días. La situación actual de pandemia generó un aumento de casos positivos y de aislamientos por contacto estrecho en las tripulaciones, y no se espera que disminuya en el corto plazo», reconoció la empresa en un comunicado.
La compañía de presupuesto Flybondi ha anunciado que la entrega del quinto avión que estaba planificada para mediados de Enero 2022 también está demorada porque «las empresas involucradas en el proceso se vieron impactadas por la situación sanitaria actual en Europa. Sabemos que esta situación ocurre en plena temporada de vacaciones y nuestro primer compromiso es con los clientes. Por eso, en Flybondi tomamos la decisión de generar acuerdos comerciales con distintas aerolíneas para darle una solución a aquellos pasajeros que puedan verse afectados por los posibles impactos en la operación», expresa el comunicado de la compañía aérea. Con respecto a las políticas de cambio de tickets, aseguran que se «están flexibilizando todas las condiciones para los pasajeros afectados que deseen posponer sus fechas de viaje». Los pasajeros podrán chequear el estado de sus vuelos directamente desde el website Flybondi.com en la sección Reserva.
