Reclamos por Decreto 879/2021 sobre bandas tarifarias
La aerolínea low cost Flybondi informó que ante la continuidad de las medidas de fuerza llevadas a cabo por la Asociación de Técnicos y Empleados de Protección y Seguridad a la Aeronavegación (ATEPSA) reprogramará parte de sus operaciones para los días 22, 23 y 24 de Febrero de 2022. Según detallan el comunicado, los pasajeros afectados ya han sido notificados y podrán chequear el estado de su reserva en la web de la aerolínea, así como comunicarse por cualquier duda mediante los canales oficiales.
La aerolínea ha informado en un comunicado oficial: “Los pasajeros impactados han sido notificados, de todos modos, podrán chequear el estado de su vuelo en su reserva en http://www.flybondi.com. Asimismo, ante cualquier otro cambio que se produzca a raíz de la afectación de las operaciones aéreas que generará ATEPSA los pasajeros serán informados por la compañía. Para todas aquellas personas que requieran comunicarse con Atención al Cliente, pueden hacerlo por los canales oficiales de Flybondi y sus redes sociales: flybondi.com, facebook.com/flybondi, twitter.com/flybondioficial y instagram.com/flybondioficial/. Lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas a nuestros pasajeros por medidas de fuerza que han sido adoptadas de manera irracional y sin la más mínima consideración del impacto negativo que generan”.
Reclamaciones tarifarias
El CEO de Flybondi, Mauricio Sana le envió una carta al Gobierno nacional sobre el Decreto 879/2021 que impone un inesperado cambio radical en las reglas de juego del mercado aerocomercial de cabotaje. El principal punto de la medida es el restablecimiento de las bandas tarifarias para los vuelos domésticos. La aerolínea denuncia que el objetivo principal del Gobierno es favorecer a dos empresas estatales: Aerolíneas Argentinas e Intercargo, prestadora de servicios de rampa. Los principales puntos que según la compañía “cambia la mayoría de las condiciones de negocio de la industria aérea, además que limita y restringe el crecimiento del mercado aerocomercial en las provincias y, sobre todo, atenta contra la libertad y el derecho a volar de todos los que habitamos el suelo argentino”.
El nuevo marco jurídico aerocomercial desarrollará práctica de conductas anticompetitivas, limitando la posibilidad de brindar tarifas generadas a partir de procesos eficientes; atenta directamente contra el acceso de los argentinos a los servicios de transporte aéreo; perjudica a la industria aerocomercial, a las empresas y a los pasajeros a través de la imposición de banda tarifaria; tiene como objetivo final que el operador que hoy tiene una posición monopólica domine el mercado internacional y regule el mercado doméstico; atenta directamente contra el mercado aerocomercial y sus pasajeros, eliminando el desarrollo de oferta y limitando el acceso a precios competitivos, perjudicando la cadena de valor del transporte y el turismo. Desde el Gobierno argentino, los principales impulsores del decreto Juan Manzur, Jefe de Gabinete, Alexis Guerrera, Ministro de Transporte, han dado una explicación acerca del cambio de rumbo de las políticas de tarifas aéreas que se verán incrementadas perjudicando al usuario del transporte aéreo.

We regret the inconvenience caused to our passengers by forceful measures that have been adopted irrationally and without the slightest consideration of the negative impact they generate”.
Tariff claims
The CEO of Flybondi, Mauricio Sana, sent a letter to the national government regarding Decree 879/2021, which imposes an unexpected radical change in the rules of the game in the domestic aviation market. The main point of the measure is the reestablishment of the fare bands for domestic flights. The airline denounces that the main objective of the Government is to favor two state companies: Aerolineas Argentinas and Intercargo, a provider of ramp services. The main points that according to the company “change most of the business conditions of the airline industry, in addition to limiting and restricting the growth of the commercial aviation market in the provinces and, above all, threaten the freedom and right to fly of all those of us who inhabit Argentine soil”.
The new commercial legal framework will develop practices of anti-competitive conduct, limiting the possibility of offering rates generated from efficient processes; It directly attacks the access of Argentines to air transport services; It harms the airline industry, companies and passengers through the imposition of a fare band; its ultimate goal is for the operator that today has a monopoly position to dominate the international market and regulate the domestic market; It directly attacks the commercial airline market and its passengers, eliminating the development of supply and limiting access to competitive prices, harming the transport and tourism value chain. From the Argentine Government, the main promoters of the decree Juan Manzur, Chief of Staff, Alexis Guerrera, Minister of Transport, have given an explanation about the change in direction of airfare policies that will be increased, harming the user of air transport.
