Aerolíneas Argentinas suspende vuelos a Uruguay por falta demanda
La programación de Aerolíneas Argentinas con el cronograma establecido hace unas semanas atrás para los meses de Diciembre 2020, Enero, Febrero y Marzo 2021 con el inicio de la temporada estival austral, marcaba el comienzo del reinicio de las operaciones después de siete meses de parálisis en el mercado aéreo. Aunque las programaciones habían sido establecidas, habían anunciado que podrían sufrir modificaciones en base a la demanda post-pandemia.
Muchos de los vuelos han sido reprogramados o suspendidos por falta de tráfico. De esta manera la compañía nuevamente ha informado que la programación de algunos trayectos serían modificados, reprogramados o suspendidos. Los vuelos a Montevideo y Punta del Este desde el Aeropuerto Ezeiza/Buenos Aires han sido suspendidos, por lo que los usuarios del transporte aéreo deberán entrar en contacto con la compañía para establecer una nueva fecha de viaje o solicitar el reembolso. En principio Aerolíneas Argentinas tenía proyectado operar una frecuencia diaria hacia ambas ciudades uruguayas desde el Aeropuerto de Ezeiza a partir del 1 de Enero de 2021 con aeronaves Boeing 737-800, configuradas con 170 asientos, pero debido a la baja demanda la empresa decidió suspender las rutas, por lo cual Argentina y Uruguay continuarán sin conexión aérea hasta finales del 1Q2021, como fecha tentativa en Marzo 2021 donde se han reasignado en el sistema de reserva nuevos vuelos hacia Montevideo, Uruguay.
Amaszonas Uruguay, la aerolínea de la República Oriental del Uruguay ha anunciado hace unas semanas atrás que dejará de operar a partir del 7 de Diciembre de 2020 hasta que las autoridades uruguayas permitan la reapertura de las fronteras. Mientras tanto, el puente aéreo del Plata continuará sin servicios producto de las variables de baja demanda de tráfico de pasajeros.

Expansión desde Cali
Actualmente, la línea aérea posee seis destinos que operan desde y hacia Cali, entre los que se encuentran las ciudades de Bogotá, Medellín, Isla de San Andrés, Cartagena, y desde el día 03/12, Barranquilla y Santa Marta. La aerolínea conserva las proyecciones de expansión del sector aéreo en Colombia por medio de la inclusión de más rutas aéreas. El vuelo inaugural de la ruta Cali–Barranquilla–Cali ha inaugurado sus servicios desde el Aeropuerto Alfonso Bonilla Aragón la tarde del Jueves, 03/12. La ruta tendrá cuatro vuelos semanales los días Lunes, Martes, Jueves y Domingo. Por su parte, la ruta Cali–Santa Marta–Cali, iniciará operaciones el Viernes 4 de Diciembre de 2020. Viva Air es el único operador de esta ruta, que tendrá un vuelo diario para la temporada alta de fin de año.

El Instituto Nacional de Promoción Turística (Inprotur) llevó adelante una reunión virtual junto a la Embajada Argentina en Brasil. A ambos los acompañaron integrantes del equipo del instituto, los cónsules de Curitiba, Pedro Marotta; Foz de Iguazú, Roberto Lafforgue; Porto Alegre, Jorge Perren; Río de Janeiro, Claudio Gutiérrez; Belo Horizonte, Ivan López Carlevaro y distintos miembros diplomáticos. “Brasil es el foco estratégico más importante para Argentina, siendo el mayor emisor de turistas hacia nuestro país. Desde el Inprotur estamos abiertos a trabajar de manera conjunta con la Embajada y los consulados para potenciar la llegada de turistas brasileños en el mediano y largo plazo. Sabemos que podemos hacerlo y hacia ello apuntamos”, declaró Ricardo Sosa.
La reapertura de fronteras para turistas de países limítrofes, trabajos de promoción para 2021 y, fundamentalmente, la conectividad aérea fueron algunos de los temas tratados en búsqueda de atraer la mayor cantidad de brasileños y brasileñas. Cabe señalar que actualmente existen 25 frecuencias semanales aéreas desde Brasil a Argentina, pero a partir del 13/12 aumentarán a 39 gracias al esfuerzo y la gestión de Inprotur junto al transportador aéreo Aerolíneas Argentinas, donde se contemplan incremento de frecuencias a destinos a Brasil como a San Pablo pasará de 7 a 14 frecuencias (2 Frq/D) desde y desde Río de Janeiro de 2 a 7 (1Frq/D). A estas frecuencias se suman las 7 de Latam Airlines Brasil, 5 frecuencias de Gol Linhas Aéreas, 3 frecuencias de Turkish Airlines y 1 frecuencia de Ethiopian Airlines.

Apesar das dificuldades que surgiram este ano no mundo devido à pandemia, os dois países começam a retomar voos, aproveitando a proximidade do início do verão.
O Instituto Nacional de Promoção do Turismo (Inprotur) realizou um encontro virtual com a Embaixada da Argentina no Brasil. A reunião foi conduzida pelo Secretário Executivo da Inprotur, Ricardo Sosa, e pelo Embaixador da Argentina, Daniel Scioli. Eles foram acompanhados por membros da equipe do instituto, os cônsules de Curitiba, Pedro Marotta; Foz de Iguaçu, Roberto Lafforgue; Porto Alegre, Jorge Perren; Rio de Janeiro, Claudio Gutiérrez; Belo Horizonte, Ivan López Carlevaro e diversos membros diplomáticos. “O Brasil é o foco estratégico mais importante para a Argentina, sendo a maior fonte de turistas para o nosso país. Da Inprotur estamos abertos a trabalhar em conjunto com a Embaixada e consulados para promover a chegada de turistas brasileiros a médio e longo prazo. Sabemos que podemos e temos como objetivo”, declarou Ricardo Sosa.
A reabertura das fronteiras para turistas de países vizinhos, as ações promocionais para 2021 e, fundamentalmente, a conectividade aérea foram alguns dos temas abordados na busca pela atração do maior número de brasileiros. Ressalta-se que atualmente existem 25 frequências aéreas semanais do Brasil para a Argentina, mas a partir de 13/12 passarão a 39 graças aos esforços e gestão da Inprotur em conjunto com a transportadora aérea Aerolíneas Argentinas, onde houve aumento das frequências para destinos no Brasil como São Paulo passará de 7 para 14 frequências (2 Frq/ D) de e do Rio de Janeiro de 2 para 7 (1Frq/D). Além disso, terá 2 vôos semanais, Quartas e Sábados, a partir de Salvador da Bahia. Frontier Airlines Expands to Three New Cities in 2021
Frontier Airlines, one of the leading airlines in the budget sector in the United States, has announced the addition of nineteen additional routes by 2021 and the opening of three new cities. Frontier will begin flying between Denver and Cozumel, Mexico beginning February 13, 2021.
