Agrupación Amigos del Aeropuerto solicita reapertura

En Marzo del 2020 con el inicio de la pandemia y la cancelación de los vuelos, el Aeropuerto El Palomar cesó sus operaciones, para luego de nueve meses posteriores cerraría de forma oficial las operaciones aerocomerciales para líneas aéreas. Las aerolíneas low cost que operaban operaban en la aeroestación migraron transitoriamente sus bases al Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza y finalmente se instalaron en el Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, tras la reapertura por las reformas que ser realizaron.

El Senador Mariano Recalde había sostenido en ese tiempo que «mantener la operación comercial del Aeropuerto Internacional El Palomar solo por uno o dos aviones de Flybondi, cuyo tamaño requieren de una inversión en la pista de AR$ 4 mil millones de Pesos, solo se puede justificar en el capricho de Mauricio Macri de sostener una política cuyos resultados están a la vista”.

Por su parte, un grupo de vecinos organizados acercaron al Concejo Deliberante de la Ciudad de Morón más de 76.000 firmas que juntaron a lo largo del país para pedir por la reapertura de la terminal aérea low cost. La iniciativa responde a una agrupación llamada Amigos del Aeropuerto, que solicita se autorice el funcionamiento del aeropuerto sin restricciones horarias ni limitaciones arbitrarias. Aeroestación evacuada, falsa amenaza

El edificio del Aeropuerto Internacional Rosario Islas Malvinas SAAR/ROS de Argentina fue evacuado tras la amenaza de bomba y hubo vuelos reprogramados. 11 aeropuertos españoles logran acreditación «aeropuerto seguro”

AENA Aeropuertos de España acaba de conseguir la certificación del Programa de Acreditación de Salud Aeroportuaria del Consejo Internacional de Aeropuertos (ACI), según las directrices de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), para once aeropuertos españoles entre ellos La Coruña, Murcia, Almería, Asturias, Granada-Jaén, Jérez, Reus, Santiago/Rosalía de Castro, Seve Ballesteros-Santander, Vigo y Zaragoza.

Este programa evalúa el cumplimiento de las medidas sanitarias recomendadas por ACI, la Organización de Aviación Civil Internacional (OACI), la Agencia Europea de Seguridad Aérea (EASA), el Centro Europeo de Prevención y Control de Enfermedades (ECDC) y las guías de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS). Todas ellas están alineadas, a su vez, con los objetivos del Plan de Recuperación Operativa que AENA lanzó en Abril de 2020 y que se está aplicando en todos los aeropuertos de su red.

AENA puso en marcha un Plan de Recuperación Operativa en Abril de 2020 para adaptar las infraestructuras a las medidas de EASA y del Centro Europeo de Prevención y Control de Enfermedades a todos los aeropuertos de su red. Se ha reforzado la limpieza, desinfección y ventilación de las terminales y se han instalado, entre otros, mamparas, señalética, dispensadores de gel y elementos contactless por todo el aeropuerto.

Estos once aeropuerto españoles completan un total de treinta aeródromos nacionales que cuentan con esta acreditación, junto con los aeropuertos Adolfo Suárez Madrid/Barajas, Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat, Palma de Mallorca, Alicante/Elche Miguel Hernández, Málaga/Costa del Sol, Ibiza, Menorca, Sevilla, Valencia, Bilbao, Girona/Costa Brava, Gran Canaria, Tenerife Sur, Tenerife Norte/Ciudad de La Laguna, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote/César Manrique, La Palma, El Hierro y La Gomera. El resto de aeropuertos de la red de AENA se encuentran en proceso final de tramitación.
