Detienen obras Aeropuerto Changi por caída severa del tráfico

El Gobierno de Singapur anunció que la expansión en su galardonado Aeropuerto de Changi se ha detenido. Específicamente, la desaceleración de la expansión afecta a la mega Terminal 5 de Changi. El Ministro de Transporte de Singapur, Khaw Boon Waw, dijo que la construcción de la Terminal 5 se detendría durante al menos dos años en medio de la incertidumbre sobre cómo la pandemia cambiará el sector de la aviación.

La finalización de las obras de la Terminal 5 estaba programada para la década de 2030, junto con la actualización de T2 habría llevado la capacidad del Aeropuerto Changi a 140 millones de pasajeros por año. El Aeropuerto Changi ha tenido un tráfico de 68 millones de pasajeros el año pasado. Pero ese número cayó un 70 por ciento en Marzo y un 99,5 por ciento en Abril, según datos de Straits Times.

Al igual que con Schiphol, Changi fue diseñado para las necesidades de tránsito en lugar de viajeros de punto a punto. Las cosas han cambiado a lo largo de los años (ambos ahora manejan muchos más viajeros de punto a punto), pero tanto Schiphol como Changi dependen del tráfico de tránsito para una proporción importante de sus negocios. Things have changed over the years (both now handle many more point-to-point travelers), but both Schiphol and Changi rely on transit traffic for a significant proportion of their business. It means that traffic flows can be affected by events in other countries that can decrease the demand for travel through these centers.

Egipto reabrirá todos los aeropuertos el 1 Julio 2020

Egipto reabrirá todos sus aeropuertos para el tráfico internacional programado a partir del 1 Julio 2020, dijo el Domingo 14/06 el Ministerio de Aviación Civil, luego de suspender los vuelos comerciales regulares en Marzo debido a la pandemia mundial.

Los vuelos se reanudarían gradualmente en los aeropuertos desde principios de Julio 2020, mientras que el turismo extranjero se limitaría a centros turísticos en tres provincias costeras, luego de que el gobierno informara el Jueves 11/06 que reabriría los principales centros turísticos costeros de Egipto para vuelos internacionales y turistas extranjeros a partir del 1 Julio 2020.

Controles

Las medidas a tomar dentro de los aviones, en los aeropuertos y en los hoteles para ayudar a garantizar la salud y la seguridad de los turistas extranjeros continuarán implementándose para un mayor control efectivo. Los viajeros de países con altas tasas de infecciones por coronavirus, según las evaluaciones de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), deben hacerse la prueba antes de llegar a Egipto, dijeron los ministros.

La pandemia ha cerrado la industria turística de Egipto, que según el Gobierno representa el 5% de la producción económica, pero que según los analistas puede representar hasta el 15% si se incluyen empleos e inversiones indirectamente relacionados con la industria. قالت وزارة الطيران المدني يوم الأحد 14/06 ، بعد تعليق الرحلات الجوية المنتظمة في مارس بسبب وباء عالمي ، إن مصر ستعيد فتح جميع مطاراتها للمرور الدولي المقرر في 1 يوليو 2020.

ستستأنف الرحلات تدريجياً في المطارات اعتباراً من بداية يوليو 2020 ، بينما ستقتصر السياحة الخارجية على المنتجعات في ثلاث محافظات ساحلية ، بعد أن أفادت الحكومة يوم الخميس 11/06 أنها ستعيد فتح المنتجعات الساحلية الرئيسية في مصر. الرحلات الدولية والسياح الأجانب اعتبارًا من 1 يوليو 2020.

Gobierno Grecia apertura de sus aeropuertos

El Gobierno de Grecia ha anunciado la apertura de sus aeropuertos nacionales e internacionales a partir del 1 Julio 2020, ha anunciado el Ministro de Turismo Harry Theoharis. «Nuestro plan es integral y ya hemos realizado simulacros de emergencia. Se tomarán muestras aleatorias en los aeropuertos para el Coronavirus, y los visitantes estarán obligados a esperar los resultados de las pruebas en un hotel designado: una estadía de siete días en un hotel para obtener resultados negativos y una de catorce días para obtener resultados positivos. Ambas unidades móviles y flotantes en aeropuertos e islas, respectivamente, recolectarán muestras de prueba», dijo el Ministro.

Las islas podrán procesar resultados más rápido, gracias a las máquinas de analistas locales que se colocarán en las islas.

Los anuncios incluyen lo siguiente:
Todos los aeropuertos griegos atenderán vuelos desde el extranjero a partir del 1 Julio 2020.
Las restricciones para vuelos desde Italia, los Países Bajos y España se levantarán a partir del 15 Junio 2020 (cuando se permitirán los primeros vuelos desde el extranjero, pero solo para los aeropuertos internacionales de Atenas y Tesalónica).
Las restricciones para la llegada de yates desde el extranjero aún se mantienen, a excepción de los yates con tripulación que no llevan pasajeros. Todas las salidas de otros países se abrirán por completo el 1 Julio 2020.
Junto con la apertura de todos los aeropuertos a vuelos extranjeros, siete puntos fronterizos terrestres también se abrirán por completo el 1 Julio 2020.

Las ONG también trabajarán de manera voluntaria con el personal de las islas y las unidades flotantes. El plan presentado por el Ministerio de Salud y las contribuciones de los ministerios para garantizar que todos tengan un verano seguro durante la pandemia recuerda a todos la necesidad de continuar exhibiendo responsabilidad individual y madurez colectiva. Η Κυβέρνηση της Ελλάδας ανακοίνωσε το άνοιγμα των εθνικών και διεθνών αεροδρομίων της από την 1η Ιουλίου 2020, ανακοίνωσε ο Υπουργός Τουρισμού Χάρι Θεοχάρης. «Το σχέδιό μας είναι ολοκληρωμένο και έχουμε ήδη πραγματοποιήσει ασκήσεις έκτακτης ανάγκης. Τυχαία δείγματα θα λαμβάνονται στα αεροδρόμια του Coronavirus και οι επισκέπτες θα πρέπει να περιμένουν τα αποτελέσματα των δοκιμών σε ένα καθορισμένο ξενοδοχείο – μια επταήμερη διαμονή σε ένα ξενοδοχείο για λάβετε αρνητικά αποτελέσματα και μία δεκατέσσερις ημέρες για να λάβετε θετικά αποτελέσματα. Τόσο οι κινητές όσο και οι πλωτές μονάδες στα αεροδρόμια και τα νησιά, αντίστοιχα, θα συλλέξουν δοκιμαστικά δείγματα», δήλωσε ο υπουργός.

Τα νησιά θα είναι σε θέση να επεξεργάζονται τα αποτελέσματα γρηγορότερα, χάρη στις τοπικές μηχανές αναλυτών που θα τοποθετηθούν στα νησιά.

Οι ανακοινώσεις περιλαμβάνουν τα ακόλουθα:
Όλα τα ελληνικά αεροδρόμια θα εξυπηρετούν πτήσεις από το εξωτερικό από την 1η Ιουλίου 2020.
Οι περιορισμοί για πτήσεις από Ιταλία, Ολλανδία και Ισπανία θα αρθούν από τις 15 Ιουνίου 2020 (όταν θα επιτρέπονται οι πρώτες πτήσεις από το εξωτερικό, αλλά μόνο για τα διεθνή αεροδρόμια της Αθήνας και της Θεσσαλονίκης).
Εξακολουθούν να ισχύουν περιορισμοί στην άφιξη σκαφών από το εξωτερικό, εκτός από τα πληρώματα που δεν μεταφέρουν επιβάτες. Όλες οι αναχωρήσεις από άλλες χώρες θα ανοίξουν πλήρως την 1η Ιουλίου 2020.
Μαζί με το άνοιγμα όλων των αεροδρομίων σε πτήσεις εξωτερικού, επτά χερσαία συνοριακά σημεία θα ανοίξουν επίσης πλήρως την 1η Ιουλίου 2020.

Οι ΜΚΟ θα εργαστούν επίσης σε εθελοντική βάση με το προσωπικό του νησιού και τις πλωτές μονάδες. Το σχέδιο που παρουσίασε το Υπουργείο Υγείας και οι συνεισφορές των υπουργείων για να διασφαλιστεί ότι όλοι θα έχουν ένα ασφαλές καλοκαίρι κατά τη διάρκεια της πανδημίας υπενθυμίζουν σε όλους την ανάγκη να συνεχίσουν να επιδεικνύουν ατομική ευθύνη και συλλογική ωριμότητα. Η πρώτη μας προτεραιότητα είναι η ασφάλεια τόσο για τους κατοίκους όσο και για τους επισκέπτες, τόνισε το χαρτοφυλάκιο Υγείας.
